I believe a good part of the cast got their screen time. Of course, the Twins don't show up. They had a lot of screen time since Pre-Heavensward. They deserve a break. All because I believe Heavensward to Endwalker was basically the Twins' story. We just played a major role in their tale. All because we saw them grow up the most. While the others did mature and were more fleshed out. The Twins had growth and maturity. It was their story as much as the Warrior of Light/Darkness's story.

To be fair, if you bring her as a trust she basically says, "At last, closure," so nixing the Nixie was probably always on her bucket list.

I think it has been explained by some of the characters from the 13th that our ward can protect us somewhat from the void. Plus we’ve been exposed to the 13th although briefly and we weren’t really affected by it.

@@33ND101 It'll be interesting to see if WoL's "traveller's ward" will provide adequate protection in the event of, say, severe injuries and/or open wounds through which void corruption can begin to "turn [them] purple" similarly to Nero during the post-World of Darkness cutscene. Of course, plot armor can go a long way toward ensuring that the bearer of Azem's crystal will be able to travel the Thirteenth with no ill effects.

@@atraxos I think that with some protection we shouldn’t have a problem traversing the void even if we are wounded somehow. But we also know that we aren’t above the ability to be corrupted by aetheric energies. We almost were turned into a light warden by the corruption of light, I think the main takeaway is that the travelers ward is exceedingly powerful but not a perfect shield.
