Sadly, this video apparently takes place after the pilot, so this is still the reality that Angel has to live with, even though he's staying at Charlie's hotel. Basically, the characters have their own Instagram accounts, and their posts have implied that Angel did the strip show in that pink club after the pilot and even invited Husker (the winged cat guy) to go to the show. Husker got too drunk, passed out, and slept through it, so he didn't go, and now he has to babysit Fat Nuggets (Angel's pig) to make up for it. - Husker's post about Angel inviting him to the show has a photo from the perspective of the welcoming booth inside the hotel, with Angel standing in front of the booth with the ticket in his hand. It was posted a few days before the music video came out, with Husker saying the ticket was for Angel's "peep show this Friday", and the music video came out that Friday. - The day that the music video came out, Angel posted a selfie in the outfit from the beginning of the video, standing in a pink dressing room with Valentino's (his pimp's) coat hanging on the mirror, saying he was "bouta start the show." Later, Husker posted a photo where we can sorta see Angel's boot disappearing around a corner, along with a trail of red smoke, with Husker captioning it "I passed out. What did I miss?" - Later on, Valentino posted a selfie inside the pink club, stating that the club is new. There's other stuff too. Honestly, these Instagram accounts and the music video kinda make me feel like they're promoting episode 2, but I honestly don't know. Maybe episode 2 will be about Angel finally breaking free from Valentino with everyone's help and support.

2:50 I think before, or when he first got to hell, the sex and drugs was fun, because he wanted to do it for fun. But then he started working for Valentino or Valentino started demanding more from him, took the actual enjoyment out of it all. Then Valentino started sexually harassing and assaulting him so that really killed it, so now Angel drowns it out with brief thrills through drugs or gang fights.

The comatose line actually refers to how angel dust died plus the pimp is valentino, the sick trash that keeps abusing our dear angel dust. Plus, the small cuts to angel lying in bed in the beginning with cherri represents the aftermath of all the abuse angel dust went through.

As you said, Angel seems like he’s kinda being forced and there’s a decent bit of imagery hinting at him being forced to stay like when he’s going towards Valentino, the red hearts Angel creates at first formed what looked like cuffs around his sands as if he’s kinda a slave. This also works to another reason he’s staying at Charlie’s hotel and shows that he may have some good in him helping reinforce that scene at the hotel after the limo
