I'll remember forever that one morning when I was a kid, still asleep, waking up to a song from downstairs my dad was listening... I listened to it for a while, then got up, brushed my teeth and went down the stairs, and the same song was still playing! I was amazed, and the melody got engraved to my brain. It was, obviously, Age of Shadows, and the beginning of my journey with Ayreon. Hearing this one is always special!

Wow Brittney WOW. I knew she can do ANYTHING... but that duet with Hansi... WOW.

This album has been the background of important moments of my life since I first heard it back in 2009. It was my first contact with Arjen work and it took my imagination to beautiful places. I really felt like wanting to see what planet Y looked like, dive deep into the lore of it's people. It inspired my own music, and still is a warm place to go in uncertain times. Thank you, Arjen, for bringing this piece of art to life. You made the improved version of the Dream Sequencer, that allow the listener to trully experience the history and emotions of a people long gone, a dark future, and so much more. Watching this show made me crumble into tears (specially on the parts that were originally sang by Steve Lee. That ending for The Sixth Extinction hit me so hard I watched it everyday for weeks). Keep spreading the warning, Ayreon. The final experiment is not over yet.

If you think about how much talent is on the stage, so the only conclusion is that Ayreon have to be the best band in the world.

Dear Mr. L, a few months ago, when this live project was announced, I made a comment about the impossibility of being able to be in loco (I'm from Brazil), and you responded to my comment saying that you would make several videos to satisfy this desire to be at the shows, and Indeed you did, thank you very much for that, and the honor is all ours to be your fan and admirer of this incredible job.

Dang! I had no idea Brittney Slayes could do that. Mid Year's resolution: I'm going to see one of these shows live, one day.

My goosebumps are still getting goosebumps.... This was one of the best concerts I have attended, if not the best, and I have attended a lot of great concerts, like Pink Floyd, Kansas, Stones, Maiden....

I have only recently discovered Ayreon and I am OBSESSED! Got the Ayreon Universe blu-ray last week and I can't wait for this blu-ray to get delivered

I knew Brittney Slayes was a fantastic singer, but I was not expecting THAT from her.

Every time I get sad, I remember Ayreon exists and that music picks me up and lifts my spirits. Every time without fail!

Jonas, Brittany, Mike, Hansi, Anneke, the ones I can't name - everyone sung beautifully!

An angel fell from the sky and started singing. Everyone is allowed to have a favorite singer. In my case it is Anneke. All the other lady singers are fantastic, don't get me wrong. But Anneke has something special i can't put my finger on. Well, she looks like an angel and sings like an angel. ❤

Arjen, dank je wel voor het uploaden!!! Mijn broer en ik waren er zaterdagmiddag bij. Wat een fantastisch avontuur. Begon al toen we moesten zoeken waar we in de rij konden aansluiten. Ik geloof dat we bijna anderhalve kilometer hebben gelopen. Als cadeautje kwam Damian langs de rij lopen en deelde high fives uit om de moed erin te houden. Vervolgens een adembenemende roller coaster van een show. En tot slot is het ook nog eens gelukt om de speciaal door mijn broer ontworpen LUL-shirts voor Joost en jou via Jeroen en Frank backstage te krijgen. Geweldig! Dank je wel voor deze prachtige dag!!!! Voor iedereen die het nog niet heeft gedaan: bestel de lp's, dvd's of bluray. Geweldig als herinnering als je erbij bent geweest en een fantastische belevenis als je het concert hebt moeten missen.

Oh god! Qué recuerdos!!!!!! One of my favorite song of this album is "We are forever" and I was almost crying when that part came to the stage. Everything was great since the very first second to the end in this show. I loved it and I love every memory of this adventure. Greetings from Chile to Ayreon and to all the Ayreonauts there! 🤘

9:15 -- i hope you dont mind Arjen, someone made a lyric video YEARS ago. But it absolutely gave me goosebumps on this part, as the binary spells out HELP, On/Off spells FOREVER, and YesNo spells SOS. It was so cool and absolutely one of my all time favorite moments in any of your albums.

Ok, This mix is a masterpiece, I can't stop listening to this concert, God! Just having goosebumps in my soul, in my heart! I want to listen it in the loud volume that I can, and sing to the world! You all did a REALLY GREAT JOB! This is art, music, feeling, cosmos, everything in one concert. Arjen, you are a GENIUS! Thank for deliver us this amazing job! Man, the Anneke part, with the guitar, the back vocals, the drum, the bass... I just can't listen without goosebumps. I feel like on heaven!

Brittney Slayes is truly insane - I knew she could do opera (her duet of the operatic piece Brindisi with Ty Christian of the criminally underrated band Lords of the Trident is amazing, from the both of them!) but she just doesn't miss! If you haven't seen that... I'd *warmly* recommend it. And Arjen - if you ever need an amazing vocalist for your ever-growing, star-crowded, lineup... Ty would fit that bill 100%. And *everyone* on that stage is phenomenal and then some, I got goosebumps, tears and my jaw is on the floor!

Saw this 3 times over 3 days. So happy to have been there!

kudos to the sound crew, to those who captured the raw vocals, and to the mixers/masterer-er-ers. Sonically, this is beautiful. .... and the performances are for the ages. VIVA La doublare vocale - - ( sorry, in Canada, bilinguality is mandated ) Brittney has got to be the bestest-everer choice for filling-in-shoes-that-cannot-be-filled. And on a non-Ayreon-note: - - I hope this opens many doors and creative outlets for all in UTA... they are so much more than 'just a power metal band.'

I don’t know why, some of your music doesn’t always show up in my notifications beforehand, but I guess that’s okay because whenever I do see the song from you come up Arjen (in this case today for this song), it always makes my day 😊 I can’t help but look forward to your music because it is always seriously both a work of art and a creative masterpiece, and it’s also just so inspiring to see how you have brought people together to share a celebration of the joy of music, their passion and love for the music shows so clearly! It’s always just so beautiful 🤗 Btw, don’t know where I have been (under a rock I guess haha!) but I somehow had no idea or maybe forgotten Brittany was classically trained (?)?? I was just like, wow, dang, her classical voice is incredible and so beautiful too, it was just so unexpected because all the music I have seen her do has apparently been her slaying, and doing her heavier style of music, showing her incredible range… ☺️ A pleasant surprise to hear the other side of her voice!!

What a beggining for the best show of my life… I already saw the entire blue ray 4 times (i have to be quiet in Home for that) but I have the live music ok repeat all day… I can remember the gestores of the singers in each part (I was there in 5 of 6 shows)… I love it and I have the ultimate prize of being there in the video…

The Age of Shadows has begun, giant machines blot out our video. After watching the blu-ray this is an eyesore. But heck, the music is still the greatest! Love seeing Mike have so much fun when he's not limited on stage by carrying a guitar.

Awesome! So been wanting to hear the FULL version of this song live and was disappointed when the whole Forever We Die section was skipped over entirely in Ayreon Universe. But this makes up for it! I do feel the need to mention however that whoever was the editor was pushing the slo-mo button a bit too much for the video lol. Some of the cuts you could tell it was obvious that they were cutting to and from two completely different moments in time. Was starting to take me out of it. 😉 I hope the whole show isn't like that on DVD/Bluray. But even if so, it's Ayreon and I'll enjoy it regardless. Just a bit of a nuisance is all. Once or twice here and there is okay, but every 30 seconds was becoming a bit much. I was very aware that I was missing actual video content and would rather see everything live as it happens as much as possible! ❤ Ayreon!

First time I saw this, it made me giddy to see Brittney singing Opera. I knew she was capable of this, but this is not something she does in her band UTA. BTW Arjen, if you want to dip your toes back into the Canadian singer's pool, might I recommend Kobra Paige, Jeff Martin (The Tea Party), & Jean Pageau (Mystery)
