Breast Self-Exam is very important for breast awareness. Women should do a breast self-exam every month to look and feel for changes. If you find a lump or any other changes, then please stay calm. Most self-exam findings are not signs of breast cancer. But you should still visit your doctor if you notice any worrisome changes.
