Hey, Great Video, but I have a question about accessing the AVD session host with the published application. I have an AVD that was added to a host pool. I can access it using the publish remote desktop app but cannot access it with any of the published applications. It will spin and say, Preparing Windows and automatically sign me out. Even if you have a course that explains this, I will buy it. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Here are a few steps you might consider to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue: Check User Permissions: Ensure that the users experiencing this issue have the necessary permissions to access the published applications. Permissions can be managed within the Azure portal, under the AVD service. Review Application Group Settings: Verify that the application group containing the published applications is correctly associated with the host pool and that the applications are correctly configured within the group. Session Host Configuration: Ensure that the session hosts in the host pool have all the necessary software and dependencies installed for the published applications to run. Also, check if there are any specific settings or configurations required by the applications that might not be set up correctly on the session hosts. Network Configuration: Sometimes, network issues can cause problems with accessing published applications. Check any firewalls, proxies, or network security settings that might be interfering with the connection. Check for Updates and Compatibility: Ensure that your AVD infrastructure, including the session hosts and the AVD agents, are up-to-date. Compatibility issues between different versions can sometimes lead to problems. Review Logs: Check the logs on both the client side and the session host side for any errors or warnings that could provide more insight into what might be causing the issue. @@examlabpractice thank you so much for that long detailed explanation. I have tried all of that. I even published a new application. Published powershell and move the avd box to a new host pool. I was hoping to get a troubleshooting tool. I user insights to get some details from the device and user. The most frustrating part is the user can access the rest of the AVD boxes. I was going to start with a new VM but wanted to know what this could possibly be!!!
