Ended up being a bit more of a tragic tale than initially appeared. Would have been more if they gave him a mildly valid reason to be mad at Sigmar but maybe writers arnt allowed to tarnish WH Jesus with wrongdoing

I guess it's interesting to hear the Chaos worshipers take the skulls of children, it's something I've wondered about, because using adult skulls to hang on your armor would get extremely bulky. I also somewhat like that the story has implicitly what seems to be a non-judgemental acknowledgement that homosexuality exists in the setting. When it says that Saphael (is that how his name was spellt? IKD) was a "lover of women, and had no interest in men beyond their comradeship", that's a description that kind of implies he understands some men do like other men beyond "just their comradeship" and makes it sound like he's non-judgemental about it, which is nice. Though, it's still accompanied by the "evil person has the power to make you gay" trope, which I'm not *against*, since it's just a universal form of bewitched attraction, it's just not... that great, since it goes with the trope of evil characters being more queer, if not the only ones who express queerness. I mean, we love a queer bad boy/girl, but it's not great if that's most the representation you get.

Azazel is more evil and dislikeable than even Lorgar and Erebus. That is an achievement.

This was epic, very interesting character, done justice like a black librarian, well done sir!
