I had this problem with a screw coming out on my 2022 Winnebago. It had THREE screws but once one came out, the torque cracked the thin aluminum on the end cap. The end cap came free from the roller as I was powering it out. Luckily, I caught the horizontal roller before it hit my coach. The end cap was replaced by Winnebago,,and rivets were installed on both end caps. This was about 10 months ago but now I’m noticing a torque in the head when I roll it out. Since the rivets appear secure, I’m assuming the motor assembly is loose. Not sure if that’s a common problem but I’m going to remove the plastic housing around the motor to see what I find. Hopefully it’s a simple fix and not a new motor problem. Thank you for your videos.

Thank you for sharing your expertise. I live in Prescott and need some direction . I have a phaeton QDH and the passenger side rear slide made a loud bang sound when fully extended out, so i got a ladder and found the topper canvas won’t retract. It’s non motored right? I hope it’s ok to ask for some direction or feedback ? If I were in Pheonix I’d just ask to be put on the list to get it fixed thank you.
