STOP LYING!! John 17:22 I have given them the GLORY that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one- 23 I in them and you in me-so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me. Luke 9: 28 ...he took Peter, John and James with him and went up onto a mountain to pray. 29 As he was praying, the appearance of his face changed, and his clothes became as bright as a flash of lightning. 30 Two men, (SAINTS)Moses and Elijah, appeared in GLORIOUS SPLENDOR, talking with Jesus. 31 They spoke about his departure, which he was about to bring to fulfillment at Jerusalem.

An Original: Christians are welcome in synagogues. Men are asked to cover their heads. In Reform Temples, men don't necessarily cover their heads. There are usually Christians at Jewish Passover community meals. The 'joke' is this: All Jewish families now contain Christian members. Not all Christian families contain Jewish members because there are not enough to go around.

@@ConstantineTheGreatXP There was a period where I did come back to Christianity after being atheist for 6 years. I have found the faith where I belong now. I have been a pagan for 8 years now. Its where I belong. I have never felt like I belonged more than where I do now and I have tried multiple religions including many branches of Christianity. I grew up Presbyterian. I did read about Constantine, its partly why I am pagan to this day. You should read about the Norman conquest and the internal conflicts among Vikings tribes over religion. It might open your eyes. The history of Scandinavia is another good place to look into. Good luck and good fortune on your religious journey though!

So the beginning part is just a blessing for wine, strung along with a “nigun,” that “lay-lalala-lay lay” which doesn’t “mean” anything, it just builds the community and spiritual feel. Then he leads everyone in the Shema, Jewish statement of faith “here oh Israel, lord is our god, lord is one...” followed by a chanting of “Adonai Hu ha-Elohim” which further confirms “lord is our God.” Yom Kippur services especially I find very moving. Take a look at “Kol nidre” if you ever have a chance.

@@ucnhantrannguyen5079 Like I said most of it isn’t a scripted song, it’s just made up melody (a nigun). The blessing for wine is used (Kiddush), the Shema is said, and then he does a chant at the end. It isn’t a song per say, but a collection of prayers that the cantor has strung into a melody.

You should really check yourself Christianity Pagan religion believes in the human sacrifice of an innocent person, eating dead human flesh and drinking blood as a must ritual, that believes in three gods based on the writings of Paul Hellenistic Jews, which mislead and twisted the Jewish scripture, the entire Hellenistic order instilled by the Church Fathers who brought this idolatry. Christianity that murdered, burned, crucified, buried alive, raped and forcibly arrested millions of Jews in the name of the crucifixion similar to the purity and beauty of Judaism? This is apparently due to a lack of knowledge and a fundamental understanding of what Judaism is all about in its wisdom against the other pale religions of both Christian and Muslim pagans. it is good for all Christian to ask questions an look for the truth by comparing the twisted new testament to the real God inspired books of the Jewish scriptures.

I am a Messianic Jew but you should not disrespect what these Jewish believe, its not the same religion, Judaism started way before Christianity, tho Yahshua didn't come to change the law, he came to fulfill it, and they dont believe that, so listen and dont disrespect this tradition that goes back over 5000 years

I am Catholic and I love the beautiful heritage we have been given by our Jewish brothers and sisters. Jesus came from the line of David. Abraham is our father in faith. I am 67 years old and was in Israel once. It's really the only place I want to visit if I get the chance. When you are on a tour, you don't always get the time to spend appreciating the rich history and tradition. I want to learn Biblical Hebrew, Aramaic, and modern Hebrew. Just a question, is the congregation above Orthodox or conservative? Please forgive my lack of knowIedge. don't know the differences. I think that Mt. Sinai is still in a restricted area that tourists cannot go to, but I would love to see it. Shalom and thank you for sharing this beautiful Yom Kippur finale.
