How about you guys focus on the handover for phase 2 (fixing the problems when snagging) then work on the next project! Worst developer ever! Not recommended. Always ignoring messages and phone calls. Will file a legal action against them!

@@user-ub1yx1kf6k Azizi Rivera ... We hired a professional to snag the property and there were so many problems. It's been more than three months and they are not fixing anything! They ignore emails. There were also human feces on the toilet seat! very bad.
