In this video we are conducting a test on the Tappetless Cylinder head the "Apcahe" from Aztech Innovations.
www.therealdealairsoft.com
** Product tech tip, the unit does NOT release air immediately, the seal is held until the nozzle contacts the bucking, as the nozzle stops at the bucking, it breaks the seal inside the cylinder head for a momentary pulse, releasing air as the nozzle is touching the bucking **

I'm using a 260mm EdGi 6.01 inner barrel with a 6mm Custom Sorbopad and I'm concerned about over or under voluming if I switch to your DSG Bundle Kit V2. Also, What spring would you recommend achieving 1.5j with that setup?

Wassup Jake, I just want to say you are the main guy I've been listening to when it comes to building an aeg and I'm finally going to start building up one for myself. Planning on building a 13:1 ssg, gate titan,30k motor, and use your 5.0 compression set on my Zion arms r15 sbr. Just wondering what problems should people expect when they say to plan on opening up your gun when you build a dsg? Edit: also, is it worth it going brushless?

hey brother thanks for the comment, when opening a gearbox theres literally no problems to expect because your going to be replacing everything lol. a 13:1 build and a DSG build I go about it the same, in terms of order of operations. meaning remove everything and start with bonding new bushings or bearings. on a high performance SSG or a DSG you need to support the gears and stock bearings always blow and stock bushings are too thick. I came out with low profile bushings and bearings. Thats number 1 for a dsg you should have a premium gearbox shell like retro. if not you NEED to radius your gearbox same for SSG. If you go brushless then go with T238 and do not chase a stupid RPM , stick with either 33 or 39k. i wish you grabbed my golden boi 29k motor over that 30K , our motor has virtually the same rpm as asg 30k but 2 more TPA. more torque and effieicnt but regardless you have a great set up. I would also upgrade for your build, Real Deal Bearings or bushings, Nozzle hop chamber and bucking, bruhsless does bring a world of other problems but is am amazing product. Brushless you NEED TO THREAD LOCK THE PINION AND SHIM PERFECTLY. IT IS NOT FORGIVING. ALSO TURN OFF AB OR ENABLE BRUSHLESS MOTOR MODE ON MOSFET. If you dont have areal deal motor it will probably get warm or hot on you. Brushless for SSG is great . Brushless for DSG is a whole nother world of advanced technician experience. It is not easy to do and requires so much experience. For a dsg Real Deal Brushed Motors for the win you have a rotary hop chamber, you can keep it stock, but upgrade bucking to MR hop 70 degree and a maple leaf omega hop tensioner. Not sure your nozzle length, but odds are its a shit nozzle, stock chambers are usually 21.4 mm which we also carry a real deal 21.4 nozzle as well as a POM 21.1mm nozzle , I am not sure what length you rnozzle is but i would assume 21.4mm

Aztech seems to not be working with airsoft. I thinks its got to do with air sealing. In the Gel Blaster world (Australia), Apaches work great albeit tricky to set up. But our nozzle has rubber over it and o-rings to adjust nozzle to T-piece contact (we have no hop unit/bucking).

curious as to how hard the noz punches out on this one. the original versions noz had so much force behind it, it bent the bridge of the hop window on one of my ML barrels. and was kinda scared to put m;y finger in front of it. this one having noway of controlling how far the noz goes scares me this could be worse on this one and stainless barrels are mandatory. imagine putting a brass EDGI barrel in your gun with this slammings its 7075 nozzle into it with the force of the main spring.
