I mean.. Reading the Katakana seems to have really helped. For a regular english-native accent it sounded pretty spot on, aside from the "u" that japanese adds for the first F, which.. really is just the "Fr" that you'd get when pronouncing the word "French". So good attempt. B, good passing grade. :)

As a german nativ speaker I have to say: Your pronunciation of "Friedrich der Große" was pretty damn good. You nailed the "der Große" part. 100% spott on! The "Friedrich" was a destinced japanese pronunciation :) Nice Videos! Helped me a lot with gear. Thx for that :)

Having gotten into the game ~5 months ago, I slightly enjoy seeing the guns that I have been drawn to are on the suggested list (the Triple 406/50 and the Triple 410). While I might enjoy putting my Gold Radar on FDG, things are working too well in META Encounters with New Jersey having it, as it allows her armor break to take effect prior to FDG firing. Pair this with Helena sitting in the Vanguard, and she is still breaking 100k with only 2 shots every ~20 sec. (I know/feel that 100k might not be something to brag about, but being able to see all of my back-line and even a vanguard regularly close in on or beat this milestone in damage makes me feel good)

My second PR ship. Got her with Gneisenau, Scharnhorst and Graf Zeppelin...dumped everything on her to get her to dev 30 and has never left my main fleet since.

If you can do chap 13, try focus on 13-3 instead. It also drops 12-3's ship and if you're anything like me, you will MLB her and crush 5+ extra copies from that map alone before a single Dewey.

Mommy der grosse is one of the best anti mob / siren augmented mob fleet. Also, she is deeply concerned about the commander and a God tier waifu ( but way too greedy about our attention - and probably seed - as soon as she start loving... like taihou, but not since the start ) She works better in a somewhat weak fleet or letting some kamikaze/planes get to the backline to be honest... Very reliable, extremely resilient and hits like a truck. Not someone you want with helena as her shots are not timed well. Can be placed anywhere as her special salvo spray the map

This is nice since she is the first ship I got to lv 125, other and almost dev 30( she is at 27 right now.) Haven't even had her for a few months now.

@@kyarumomochi5146 I wouldn't say it's hard, just time consuming. I have her at dev 30 now and she is great. Currently have my azuma at dev 29 as well so it'll be a while until she is dev 30 and then her fate simulation thing as well haha

@@kyarumomochi5146 for me it took 7 months to dev 30 her. But I heard some people take up to a year to do it. I got real lucky in getting medium and large projects for her so it went by fast. Yes she is still usable at dev 20-25 but she will not be hitting as hard as she could like at dev 30.

I made the mistake of getting BPs for Azuma first. So FDG is still a wip at lvl 23 development. Buttttt she’s at lvl 117 at least.

the way to say Fredrich der Große is Frederick der Grobshe (or Grosse) edit: a few fixes bcs I usually mix up Großer and Große lel

So I have to ask. In the current meta is the triple 406 better then the triple 381AA? I have a triple 406 and I love it but I heard somewhere that with the +13 to gold gear it out straps the triple 406. Is this incorrect?

Wait, FdG doesnt have skill upgrade by Fate Simulation, right? What will happen if I full her Fate to lv5? In Shipyards it said still need more blue prints to upgrade her Fate

Her Fate Simulation isn't out yet IIRC, but it's showing you the amount you will need to farm to get her to FS5 once that comes out.

Triple is still going to be much better as it has a lot more damage than twin (unless you are using the Rainbow AP Twin 457mm)

Max Limit Break every German ship you have. Even the common ones. Obviously, level 120 them Light construction has a handful of destroyers. Spam light for your daily builds, pray to RNGesus.

A lot of IronBlood ships are event locked. So do your relevant war archives and target the build pools. Use events like the wishing well to get ships you are missing. Get ships like Scharnhorst, Gneisenau and Leipzig as soon as you can. Target ships that give you the most tech points. A full Odin gives you 216 points.

How strong is she prior to Dev 30? Are her Skills strong enough to do more dmg than BBs with 50 to 70 more FP? I'm just really unlucky on her, finished all PR4 faster than getting her to Dev25.

She's usable starting ~Dev 15 She can compete against other good battleships (Except for the 2 other UR Battleships) at ~Dev 20-25. At this stage you can use her for any content, at this point I could use her to clear Operation Siren / Chapter 13/14. And she excels once she's at Dev 30,

It's very normal. NJ is meant to be a very heavy hitter by merit of her barrage, especially on single target. FdG skills hinges on even and odd salvo with even salvo giving a boost to crit rate. NJ barrage is a guaranteed crit.

Not sure if you understood the salvo skill, I'm pretty sure it depends on if you are firing a double or triple barreled gun. The skill wouldn't make sense if it depended on whether you had her at PR 30 where she would finally fire all three salvos or not. That skill still is confusing to me though.
