Shoot the damn thing and let it break in nicely. Its a superb firearm. Dont get held up on ridiculous details or the money, even a HK MP5 doesnt have a flared magwell. The grip is too slim i agree and i went with a BCM and feels great now in hand.

I'm not sure what people are complaining about. For 2k I'd be mad too. Especially when you're Stribog didn't have some of the aesthetic "discrepancies" and people brag about the high quality.

It’s unfortunate you feel that way and you should just sell it and be done with it. It’s disappointing to buy something you think it’s special and it just doesn’t turn out that way in your mind. You won’t have a problem selling. Before we start the “it’s you against the whole world“ discussion, I have had firearms that people love and I just don’t. For instance, the Sig X5 legion just didn’t work for me at all. I had the same experience with a Wilson. Everybody loves them and I can’t shoot them. I have the APC 9K. I added the flared mag well, put an Elfman trigger and replaced the grip with Magpul. Put a Aimpoint on the top and a dead air Wolfman on the front and you are talking serious coin. And, I love it. It is my home defense weapon with 147 hollow point subsonic ammo. Amazingly accurate and quiet in this configuration. There are indeed lots of much cheaper PCC options on the market and they all shoot well. To be fair, there are things I don’t like as much. The bolt release is a pain and took a while to break in. I made hitting both sides part of my battle of arms. Cleaning it is a pain. I have the FDE version and every bit of grease and carbon shows up. And I agree with you on the mags so I got the Glock version which works really well.

The ghm9 is a great PcC , I love the gun but my buddy that owns it I told him about the fostech handgripand he bought one and hown bad ass it for the cheap price it’s Aaron super gripping has nice under cutouts! I need a few when I buy a B&T and AR.s did You have any issues installing the magpul handgrip?

buyer's remorse is real. You should have got blemished APC9 limited. For 2,200 you would get metal lower with flare, 9" barrel (much more accurate), folding stock and very nice, upgraded trigger. I got one and could not find any blemish. It does need form 1.

Hey, im really sorry for how this turned out. Have you shot it since then? Did it get any better? I can tell you for sure a stribog with upgrades youd feel very satisfied with at least if you end up selling it. Also I wholeheartedly agree, for a premium sub gun it should have literally everything almost perfect.

Really appreciate the insight! I haven’t personally had the chance to even hold a Apc9k, but I’ve heard nothing but praise for b&t. At the price range b&t sell’s their firearms you’d expect a high level fit and finish, other wise where’s the money going?

beautiful 9mm pcc, well made- I trust once you begin shooting it - it will conform to you through use and wear in. These tools are designed for military and law enforcement, so I imagine they have to stand up to rigors of abuse and wear and tear..I'm an electrician by trade and I'm familiar with new tools (that haven't been broken in) and tools that have been worn in a couple years through regular use..I trust a lot of these issues will dissipate once you get a 1000 round count + on that solid firearm and get the parts worn in a bit.

Having shot my friends APC p many times, I hate to say it but I end to agree with most of what you said. Mags suck and literally cut both of our fingers when we load it, safety is trash, “back up sights” are ass, it’s a bitch to charge, bolt release is incredibly stiff, trigger also sucks. I still like the firearm but the things that suck I feel like are easily fixable and they need to be fixed before I’d buy one. My SP5 is a lot more pleasant to shoot and operate and that was designed in the 60’s

The slide functions as a short throw, it's not designed to go all the way back!! How can you even evaluate a gun that you haven't even shot!! Agree the mags suck get the Sig lower and use sig metal mags.

I also didn’t care for the grip. Too thin and slick. As for the rest, just to shoot it and see.😊

You sure complain a lot about nothing. The only good complaint I agree with you on are the magazines and grip, maybe Magpul can step up and make some. I also did change out my grip for a Reptilia and makes a huge difference. You might also look into the new aluminum lowers, they are spendy, but very nice. All in all, B&T does make some of the best weapons in the industry.

B&T is a little ridiculous on their prices. Their quality(magazines aside) is very exceptional, yet for some things leave me scratching my head. I upgraded for a folding charging handle (+$100) and a collapsible brace (+$500) for my ghm9 and I'm missing where the cost ends up. If you held the kci usa mags compared to the oem b&t mags, you'd think the latter was aftermarket having worse finish, unreinforced feed lips, and mold injection marks all over, yet b&t mags are still $20 more. I'm still happy with the thing though.

Thank you for your honest review!! I was thinking of going to my LGS and picking one up today. I’m leaning away from that idea now. I agree that a premium gun should be premium quality. I can’t believe some people are arguing to go shoot it and you’ll like it. From the sharp edges alone I will say I’ve lost interest. Fit and finish should be perfect for that price point!
