For instance, "I have been studying English for two hours." The present perfect simple tense focuses on actions completed in the past with no emphasis on duration. For example, "I have studied English." Choosing between them depends on whether you want to highlight the ongoing nature (present perfect continuous) or the completion in the past (present perfect simple) of the action. The reason why "I will call you when I will arrive" is not correct is because it contains a redundancy. Using the future tense verb "will" twice in the sentence ("will call" and "will arrive") is unnecessary.
