Ingredients:
For Rice:
1 tsp Oil
3-4 Cloves
4-5 Black Pepper
1 tsp Cumin
2 liter Water
1 tsp Salt
2 glass sela Basmati long rice Soaked for 1/2 hour
1 pinch Orange & Green food colour
For Anda Pulao:
2 tbsp Oil
2 finely chopped Onion
2 finely chopped Tomato
2 tsp Ginger & Garlic paste with 1 tsp Water
Salt
2 tsp Crushed Green chilli
1 tbsp Oil
2 Egg
1 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Egg masala
1 tsp Oil
2 Boiled Egg
3 tsp Red chilli & Garlic paste
2 tbsp Water
Coriander leaves
add Boiled Rice
1 tsp Black Pepper powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Egg masala
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Serve with Tomato sauce
