1/2 Cup Mustard Oil
1 kg Mutton
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Meat Masala
2 tsp Kasuri Methi
2 Tomatoes
1/4 CUp Curd
1 tsp Garam Masala
WHOLE SPICES USED
1 tsp Jeera
4 Dried Red Chillies
4 Cloves
4 Choti Elachi
3 Black Cardamom
1 tsp Black Peppercorns
