Just a positive observations, the car seat needs to upright and the traps needs to go on the shoulders. It's safe that way.

This one is a rear facing design. Its intended for new borns to 6 months who can't sit up yet and hence aren't supposed to be upright. But needless to say, the boy has outgrown the seat, that's why it looks strange trying to strap him in.

I love your channel, but I feel like this vlog was a compromise on the usual good videography we are used to from you guys.

Yes it was... We normally use DSLR cameras which are great in video quality. But sometimes when travelling, it can be a bit bulky to handle. So we opted for using phones this time. Unfortunately the phones we are currently using don't match up to the DSLR quality in certain environments.
