Her voice was designed to be kind and sweet, even show emotion, which is why you can hear sadness and worry for the girl she trapped. Circus Baby was designed to pick up knowledge and smartness, even before Elizabeth she was still aware of things around her. I don’t think she even knew she was designed for killing until the first nightguard. She asks for you to help them escape this place. They get electrocuted and torn apart, just to be put back together again. I don’t think she was aware that Ennard was using her voice box to trick you. I think she wanted to find a way out, and with all this stress, you were their only way out. She is the leader of the whole location, so naturally it was her responsibility to make a plan for them all to follow. They only have one chance to get out, so she was terrified that they would never get out of there. She’s not evil. Just misunderstood, like most villains and antagonists.

The one fact that terrifies me is that Baby was programmed to count the amount of children in the rooms, and she did it by herself. But when there was one child, it triggered a scooper to kill them, which Baby didn't have control of.
