Thank you for your concern, these elephants are on proper care, the area is within national park and you should be aware that thick jungle and heavy bushes are not the suitable habitat for elephants. These elephants are protected and used on patrolling inside the National park in order to protect more species found inside the park

@Travelwithkaya024- How can you say that these elephants are used for patrolling when we can easily see that an elephant was loaded with sacks and bamboo sticks to sit on him? You are lying! You people keep them in captivity, keep them undernourished, malnourished and in bad conditions.. There’s no greenery, no natural water resources and no proper shelter.. Fear the god!

So the first one you see with a painting, sacks and howdah ( a seat for riding on the back of an elephant or camel ) is used for commercial purposes. You could visit the national park and go for elephant riding or jungle safari, and the second scene you saw 2 elephants on their stables are also used for commercial activities. After that all the elephants and baby elephants are well taken care, taken to the jungle for grazing and walking, and are use by Nepal army inside the national park for patrolling. Poacher’s killed two rhinoceros recently and the army during their patrolling on those elephants find it.
