First baby mums tend to overshop then along the way you realize most things were not necessary. Tip :Shop as you go and as per the needs of your baby..

Especially the bathing staff like soaps and lotion. I ended up giving them away because my baby was very sensitive to the soaps so now we use sunlight and coconut oil and he is perfect skin.

Nice stuff Maggie. From experience of my 2 boyz, non of them fitted in 0-3 months. I started off skipping to 3-6 months. If I was to get baby no 3,i would not again buy 0-3 months. Our African babies r big. Am in UAE and this Arabs and Indians are the ones who get tiny kids who comfortably fit in 0-3 months. Just a suggestion.

Tip: baby bottle sterilizer (any brand) can be used to remove food/ fruit stains from baby clothes especially bibs

Congratulations to you guys. I like how you have bulked shopped for baby. I also bought a lot of what I though my baby would use even up to 9 months. She's now 8months and I have not bought any clothes/socks for her. It's such a life saver as new mums are ever busy and may lack time to go to the market/store/shops.

Wow. Congratulations on your baby boy. I know your huby is excited about baby boy but trust me,, boys are for mothers. l've 2boys and 2girls. My eldest son is 22 but I still give him huge hugs and kisses on his cheek. Which he tries to run away from sometimes lol. But I love them all. Children are a blessing they'll change your life in a good way. Congratulations you'll be a wonderful mommy.

One thing I really appreciated about buying baby clothes of different sizes is that, you don't have to buy them again for a while. And also some babies are taller or chubbier and they don't stay in one size for more than a few weeks. I love this video Maggy.

One tip I did with my second child is to start applying nipple cream a month to giving birth.

Congratulations Maggie. You are so organised and ready. My advise, African baby boys tend to be a little bigger, so don't get to many 0-3. Also Avent nipple cream is fantastic. And it can double as lip ointment for you. I still use it as lip gloss and yet I had my babies ages ago. I love your content and I wish you a safe delivery.
