Of course another judge ignored the crap this woman pulled and gave her full custody with child support. And she has not allowed him to see his child. Our justice system has no justice. If you’re in court you’ll hear the judge being referred to as “your honor,” but if there’s one this judges lack in the United States it’s Honor.

And obv he hasn’t cared to since the update says he still hasn’t seen her or tried to go to the courts to get rights to see or take her so he obv don’t care like he was talking in court. I feel bad for that baby for the mom and dad she has and the step father she has to grow up around!

He didn't sign the birth certificate so I'm not sure how he she was granted child support unless the court was fraudulent. This is why we need mandatory testing, it would have forced the court to not just take her word, they would have had to track him down and order him to get the test and he would have been aware that the child existed. This entire scenario insane.

Well, it's actually all not true. The defendant is currently raising the child because the plantiff has had so many children from so many women and he's very abusive to them and to her. The daughter revealed it here in the comments.
