The plaintiff and her mother say the plaintiff dated the manipulative defendant, who posted a topless picture of her online after they broke up. They’re suing him for personal property and emotional distress. The defendant says the plaintiff used to hang around with strippers and post naked pictures of herself, so they broke up. He’s countersuing for a bail bond and emotional distress.

@@tommypoole8104She was crying because she was trying to use cheap emotional tricks (i.e. tears) for sympathy. This is a very common practice where, normally women, will start crying in effort to gain an unfair advantage by way of sympathy. When the “facts and/or evidence” are not on your side, that’s when the tears start to intensify. Using tears as a weapon. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people who lack the ability to think critically and allow themselves to get sucked into the “tears for sympathy” when making a decision, instead of thinking critically about facts and/or evidence. If I were a Judge, and someone starts to heavily cry when the facts/evidence are not on their side, then they would lose credibility to me. I’m not talking about some tears. I get there are some sensitive issues, I’m talking about an overwhelming amount of tears which usually means receiving preferential treatment, by way of sympathy. Facts, evidence, and what the law says are the ONLY FACTORS that are relevant and should be relevant in a court case.

She has nothing to do with the case and kept speaking for the daughter. I love when the judge asks her what emotional distress this caused HER!? That’s so perfect! That girl is TOXIC. She was fighting her parents to move out with the guy. She probably didn’t like the guy telling her what to do, so he kicked her out. When they didn’t work out, she went crawling back to mommy and daddy and telling them she was the victim. You can tell she’s trouble with the way she looks at the guy and talks out of turn. That mother better learn quickly to not get involved with her daughter’s mess or cut her off completely because that daughter will be her down fall. It’s too late to discipline her now..

Raised to take ZERO accountability for her actions. I can see she upholds being taught those “woman tears” at an early age. What she was trained to do. Pitiful.

Amazing that she can remember to cry on demand, but not remember to not self snitch. Why would you allow yourself to be filmed or photographed commiting a crime? Someone I know has been all over this beautiful planet sniffing and smoking. Not once was there someone filming or photographing. That someone wasn't me. And if it was, I'd say it wasn't me.

She tried to go into court as a chronic liar and was unprepared for the amount that the defendant prepared and exposed herself publicly that she can't be trusted. The mother should take this as a lesson and not believe her daughter over every little lie she spews. JUSTICE AGAINST THESE KIND OF WOMEN. Quit abusing the court system to cause damage to people you don't like.

Happy for the brother. He's been through a lot at this going age. Already been in jail because of her false accusations. Some judges fall for the crocodile tears. I'm glad JM saw through it all.
