I really like the idea that baby Pokemon have specific 'babyish' traits, it makes them a lot more interesting than I had thought! It's fun to analyze what each of them has, though I'll admit I'm still a little confused on a few of them. Maybe there wasn't a fully thought-through intention with some of the earlier ones, but it'd be neat if some of them did and I just hadn't realized them. I know you went over the Gen 4 babies in the past and explained those already Budew- little bib and hair (maybe also because it's really sensitive to its environment?) Chingling- cries frequently Bonsly- also a frequent crier, and has trouble regulating itself Mime Jr.- copies others to learn from them Happiny- copies its evolutions by carrying around a rock, like a child playing with dolls Riolu- sensitive to emotions Mantyke- innocently kind and trusting And you went over some of them here, though it feels like a lot of them are just 'can't regulate itself' Pichu- frequently shocks itself because it can't handle its own power Elekid- loses electricity if it even touches something conductive and has to recharge Magby- isn't as warm as its evolutions (though it also drools a lot, which is pretty babyish) Tyrogue- overconfident and doesn't recognize when it's rushing into battles it can't win But I'm kinda confused about Cleffa, Igglybuff, Togepi, Smoochum, Azurill, and Wynaut. I guess with Igglybuff, it is described as not being a very skilled singer yet, Smoochum is curious about everything, and Azurill's dex entries regularly talk about it playing around, but I got nothing on the others.
