Dr K recorded the entire incident (BTW- this was the second time Kristy did this)

@@howcanyoudothistome1 You are legally allowed the freedom of expression but this cannot come at the expense of anothers. By shouting an anthem over the top of the music he was purposly disruptive to the piano player and the people trying to enjoy his performance. He also wouldn't leave the player alone after he had told him he didn't want to have a conversation he followed him around whne the piano player wanted to walk away. This is all harrassment. He's been doing this for days and I believe there is enough evidence to convict him of a public order offence and impose a ban from the station. The authorities could impose a restraining order instead of a station ban as he is clearly targetting a sole individual.

There's always one who wants any excuse to attack the police. There's no evidence the police were even contacted until Krusty himself called them about 25 mins in and tried to make out he was the real victim. There is a brief point where one of the seemingly more senior security men sounds like he might have been speaking to the police on his phone as he's giving a description of Krusty, but that was about 22 mins into the incident and he could just as easily have been talking to his own control centre/CCTV room. It seems the private security contractors were too busy being completely useless, milling about among themselves and failing to de-escalate the situation, when they could (and should) have just effectively contained and detained him and called the BTP immediately.

They are much to polite with him. Most law enforcement, at least in the U.S. are taught how to grasp them so that if they refuse to support their own weight it causes an extremely uncomfortable feeling in their arms / hands. Great motivation to get someone to walk with you so you don't have to carry them.
