you couldn't be more wrong. Lolita is influenced by Rococo fashion (Which is European) but it originated in Japan.

The fashion is from Japan,and anyone can wear it.Black,white(including asians),Hispanic,boys(dresses or dandy style either one), and girls. ANYONE can wear it if they put the effort and time into it.Lolita is a fashion that is all over the world.
