One of the best JoJo reactors in the game.

The reason battles, stand battles especially, got more intricate and I guess smarter than before because Araki realized that along with JoJo outlasting the era of big bara beefcakes and brawny slugfests (you got to remember he started this at like the same era as like Berserk, Fist of the North Star, Dragon Ball, even like Castlevania, etc.; like mid to late 80's), he had to modify how he designed fights. Fight after fight of two dudes duking it out would've gotten pretty old pretty fast, so he started changing it to battles of wits like chess or rock-paper-scissors or battles of attrition (basically like who can last longer than the other in a stalemate). While something like Part 2 with Joseph or Part 3 with Jotaro and the introduction of stands could be worked with pulling something out of their respective asses, it wouldn't have lasted forever; he had to get even more creative and get ready for even grandiose ass-pulls. Also, it's worth noting that Ice-boy's VA is Bakugo. So, very appropriate level of anger and a VA that's used to screaming his throat out.
