Agreed. Whenever I post a comment I have to reread and rewrite it many times to make sure I do not give anything away she would get to on her own later. I do leave comments about the comics and novels though, but not about characters or events yet to come.

While I only watch her _Farscape_ and _Babylon 5_ reactions,¹ it seems to me that on average hers have been the shortest videos I've seen.² Based on her many Community posts, my guess is that it's primarily due to copyright troubles. Perhaps having to cut them down more and more, until she gets the *"okay"* from the _powers-that-be._ 🤷🏼‍♂️ I'm considering contributing to her Patreon in order to see more.³ But playing an episode on one device while watching it on another. . .well, that's kind of a hassle in and of itself. It's not really something I can afford right now, which is why I'm trying to find out how many episodes we have access to. Some reactors allow patrons to see a handful of episodes ahead of time. But given how far along she is on the aforementioned shows, if it's everything she's watched to date, *I'm in.* I still haven't heard back yet. But she has indicated she rarely reads comments. ··•✺•·· ¹ ─ And the occasional _Doctor Who,_ if it's one I've seen. ² ─ Excluding two-parters. ³ ─ Not just wanting to see more of a given episode, but I also find myself wanting to watch the next episode right away. I do believe part of that may be because they are so short.

Heh, I get to _some_ degree why so people love him, but I very much preferred Louis Turenne... I've always considered John Schuck to be overacting a lot, even more so than, say, William Shatner, and that always takes away _so_ much of a character...

It's almost as if 'matrix' was another word for 'framework' before it became a movie title.

I first saw him as Herman Munster in a short-lived* reboot of The Munsters back in the late 80's. He fared much better as the Klingon Ambassador in both Star Trek IV and Star Trek VI. * I honestly thought The Munsters Today lasted less than a season, namely because I never saw more than two episodes. According to Wikipedia the show ran for three years!

Part of the beauty of B5 is what JMS termed "applicabity" rather than allegory. No one of the political situations has a one-one correspondence to real life, but draws on the behaviour behind it. Tempting though it is to see the Nightwatch as 1930s Germany, for example, rather it draws on the observation that in uncertain times people turn to authoritarians and us/them thinking. Its as applicable to ancient Athens as it is to Trump's America (or, indeed, Dubya's formation of Homeland Security and its worrying overreach following 9/11). Likewise, the Narn-Centauri conflict hasno direct parallel, but we can see echoes in Israel-Palestine, Irish Republicanism vs UK, India-Pakistan, Rome vs Judea etc... the Centauri dream of "recapturing former greatness" has echoes in everything from Japanese aggression in the 1940s to Brexit. The Narn striking back against an occupying force has echoes in everything from the Indian Rebellion to the Hungarian Uprising of 1953. All of which is genius, because the show doesn't take sides, and thus pushing agenda, but allows the viewer to bring their own experiences and say "Oh yeah, we've seen this kind of thing before, and it never ends well".
