Great reaction, thanks! I wasn't very fan of the studio version, mainly because of the added effects to Su's voice. But the live version is freaking amazing. Su kills it. She's able to "auto-tune" herself and it's awesome! The live instrumentals also hit heavier than in the studio version. 🤘🦊

Great reaction.🦊🤘 A lot of fans didn't like this when they first heard it, mainly because of the excessive autotune in the studio version which they thought was taking Su up into those falsetto bits. They thought they could not and would not play it live. They were happily so wrong. Not only did they play it live, it has become a staple part of their concerts ... and it hits so hard live. As you heard for yourself Su does everything live without any need for the autotune and effects (those are reserved for the backing track with some of the harmonies etc). I have 'borrowed' this information (again) - "They talked about 'BxMxC' in an interview. SU-METAL: That was my first rap experience. For most of my recordings up until now, I would sing “la la laa” to create a sort of vocal line, and then lyric writing began based on that. But it was different for this track, they had a backing track and lyrics, and then told me to try rapping. So at first I was still trying to figure it out. In hiphop they call it…it was like…ah, I forget! MOAMETAL: Wasn’t it…f-…fall? SU-METAL: Uh…what was it… KOBAMETAL (who happened to be there): Flow? SU-METAL: Flow! (laughs) To get a feel for the flow, I made a lot of different attempts to figure out what would be good. Like how to descend and ascend in pitch, and which timing would be the best to try the pitch changes. Even for the same phrase I’d try going a little ahead of the beat or a little bit behind it, while keeping the whole track’s balance in mind." BxMxC almost certainly means BABYMETAL Cypher (as you thought) but I’m still going with ‘Bring Moa Chicken’: In another interview the first question was “How are you feeling right now?” MOA: “Hungry I need to eat fried chickens.”🍗 Obviously a full live performance is the ideal since compilations will sometimes slip in clips out of sequence (as this one did I noticed) and lose the flow of the choreo or jumping from one stage and costume to another and back can be confusing, but as long as you are aware or notice you are watching a compilation and it doesn't just distract you, as the reactor, from the song and performance, then it isn't such a big deal (and sometimes there isn't much choice).

The live version is way more impressive than the studio version because Su does it perfectly first try and even kind of replicates the artificial vocal effect used in the studio recording. Su had never tried to rap before, and said in interviews afterwards that she had to find her flow to do it. She has said that it's one of here favourite songs to perform live. It's never been confirmed that it is Babymetal Cypher, but it seems like that's the intended meaning. Fans have their own theories about the meaning also, but that is likewise unconfirmed. They played this one during the world tour, so I got to see it three times when they played in Australia and it went hard every time.

Love your video as always! They played this in both my Houston and Dallas shows last year and Su had improved bigtime on top of even this performance! She did REALLY cool things with her voice during her a capella part...SO powerful! And that heavy metal that gets turned up a notch right after that "boss fight" hits REEEEALLY hard live! And this is yet another example of Babymetal blending genres resulting in people enjoying things they normally don't.. I've never been into rap at all .. and I absolutely adore this song! And Papaya, featuring F. HERO, a Thai rapper ..he does a short rap that’s soooo fun and cool!
