💕 ⚡ 🌸 I've been looking forward to this concert blog. Sorry about your toe BJ, but I'm glad you two got to experience this. Like a big dummy I missed their first US show in 2014, since I was just starting to get into BABYMETAL. I've tried to catch them at least once a year since then. Really happy that 'Headbangeeeeerrrrr!!!!!' was on the setlist this time around.

Babymetal live, nothing like it ! :-) I think both bands have amazing energy, Babymetal even more than Avatar. Yeah the girls/young ladies have limits with their performance, but the limit at the moment seems to be not be with Su and Moa who are dancing and singing, but with the Avenger they have on stage. Even though only dancing, they regularly look exhausted at the end of the show, Su and Moa not so much. :-)

When i went to the Forum show, i noticed the same thing about the crowd. I saw every range of age at that show. Older couples to young kids. I shouldnt have been surprised with that but i was. You are right. You got to see them and hear Su's voice live. Love her voice. That got me to be a fan in 2013. Only complaint. I wish the real kami band was there. The US kami was good but i know the real one is better. Next time hopefully. Glad you had a good time.

REGINA: That's just awesome that your 1st metal show was BABY METAL! Hope your eardrums recovered from the double-bass onslaught during the show. (my 1st experience was PRIMUS back in the day & the jam Pudding Time blew me away). And a LMFAO x 10! with the tractor getting into your shot. HaHaa! Many thank yous for sharing your vlog! BJ: Ugh! Broken toe=no Bueno. Bummer your 1st Baby Metal show had to include that unfortunate incident. :-( . Wanted to say THANK YOU for confirming what I read in some of the articles/reviews from this years US-Tour. And that's the Diversity of People that attend Baby Metal concerts. Being a newbie down the Fox Hole this year, I was clueless to what kind of crowd would attend a live show. Sure the die-hard fans would be there, but then I learned that "older people" (30+ i'm assuming. I would be in the + category. lol) , parents & their kids, and even old metal-heads were in attendance. That's what makes my heart happy about the Power of Music from BABY METAL. It gets people together to Rock Out & have FUN regardless of who/what/where the performers on stage. Many thanks you for sharing your vlog!

BJ and Regina! Glad you had a great time at the concert. Sorry about your toe BJ but it makes for a good story huh?! It really is insane how amazing Su's vocals are. Most vocalists are horrendous live, but Su sings near flawlessly and does choreo at the same time! Moa, Riho, and Momoko were all spot on, and the "AmeriKami" Band played really well too. I can't stress this enough though: for metal concerts you NEED EAR PROTECTION! Get some musician grade earplugs, I use Alpine MusicSafe Pros but there's a ton of them out there and they're not expensive, it's just like turning down the volume.

Cool, I've been waiting for your vlog, should have guess there would be copyright issues but I'm glad you both were able to enjoy most of the concert. Even for me at 5'8, there's always going to be someone taller on the floor. Kids these days growing like weeds too. And it looks like you guys got to see a different video introduction then we at the Forum did.

You were so close but yet so far away. I'm betting if you would have asked, people would have let you move up closer so you could see better. That happened where i was standing in St. Paul. A couple small girls just sort of tapped us on the shoulder and said, we can't see. So we let them sneak in front of us or next to us. I'm sure it happens all the time.

Had sooo much fun, took my daughter to see her first baby metal concert on the first day of her birthday month (Halloween baby). Long island ice teas & plenty of h2o. Had a broken right hand, still lost 10lbs of sweat by the end.

Hey you got a battle scar experience in BabyMetal concert. That’s awesome. My first experience concert was in japan oct 2018 I spend the whole month in japan just to catch 2 shows of BabyMetal. Couldn’t get the vip ticket but had a great experience on the seats we’re all having a blast ! Love your reaction video too.

That was a great concert!! I was probably about ten feet behind you to the left. Kinda wish I could have gone to the Portland show too, The Hu was the opening band instead of Avatar.

Glad to see your vlog at last! I was on the other side of the floor from you five people deep from the rail. Got to see Moa close up, and she is divine! I had to shield my wife from some of the more rowdy folks, but it was super fun. Worth the drive up from Tucson. The apathy of the people in line is a little odd. Guess BM hasn't quite penetrated everywhere yet en masse yet. I'll catch you at the next show!

The reason that the Babymetal concerts last 1 hour and not 2 hours, which they once did, is that the girls get exhausted. This may also be why Yui left the band. But it is not known for sure, only the Fox god knows.

Thanks for this, I guessed you were probably having copyright issues when it didn't appear sooner. So how did it compare to the One OK Rock concert that you enjoyed so much? I was looking forward your vlog. This time, live performance of babymetal in Tempe, you were in really sad dituation. But, wow, you are tough and nice mother! Please try again moshsh pit in front of the stage with tough and polite babymetal fans. I guess KZfaq blocked the most important part of your vlog because of your level of influence.

Oh man, I first saw Avatar live in like 2014 (or 2015, I don't remember). Totally blew my mind, but it looks like they have even more stage presence than before! Need to see them again.

Interesting they play stadiums like LA forum, and small venues on same tour

I'm not sure they could go much longer. In LA for the arena show they went a few songs longer, and the last couple of songs Su missed a couple notes. Which most singers do in any given song but Su-metal is usually perfection. She was just tiring, it takes so much energy to sing and dance at that level. I wish it would go on and on, but they give everything they got and can't ask for more than that.

I was looking for you, but I was on the other side of the stage. There was one woman who looked like you and when I asked if she was BJ from K Darlings her head shot around and said "what did you say to me". I had to explain that I was not being rude and crude just looking for a blogger I follow. I hope you did not get a strike against you for the blocked videos, because I have been seeing a lot of fan shot videos from this tour.

Ladies. A little advice for the future metal concerts. Get some earplugs. I got the advice from a sound engineer with a youtube Channel (SpectreSoundStudios). Audio guy, his ears are his career & livelihood so I figured worth trying & well if you are close to the speakers earplugs won't ruin the music & you wont mess up your hearing. Ive tried it at 2 concerts already. Music stays amazing, but um not half deaf near the end or ringing in my ears for hours later

You mentioned a guy took a selfie with you at the end of the show. Did he happen to wear neon colors? If so, you took a pic with a fan legend ^^
