BABYMETAL【SU-METAL (Vocal,Dance) / YUIMETAL (Scream,Dance) / MOAMETAL (Scream,Dance) 】
Formed in 2010. Their major debut single “ Ijme, dame, zettai" along with 2nd single “Megistune" both ranked in the Top 10 Oricon chart in Japan. In March 2014, they took to the stage of Nippon Budokan for a 2-Days gig making them the youngest female act to ever perform there. Their 1st studio album BAYBMETAL made it into the US Billboard chart. In summer of the same year, they embarked on their first World Tour, performing on the Main Stage at UK’s prodigious festival Sonisphere Festival 2014 in front of 65,000 festival goers, and supporting Lady Gaga on her “ArtRave: The Artpop Ball” 2014 Tour. In fall they were back for additional headline shows in Hammerstein Ballroom, New York City and O2 Academy Brixton, London. In January 2015, they headlined a show at the 20,000 capacities Saitama Super Arena, and in June 2015, they headlined a show at the 25,000 capacities Makuhari Messe. In summer of 2015, BABYMETAL received awards from prominent UK music magazines “Kerrang!” and “METAL HAMMER”. They then performed in front of a staggering 90,000 people at the prestigious Reading and Leeds Festival in August. This December, BABYMETAL are to take the stage again for 2 consecutive days at Japan’s Yokohama Arena pulling a total of 26,000 people before returning to the UK in April 2016 to headline London’s The SSE Arena, Wembley. BABYMETAL's ‘Metal Resistance’ is rapidly expanding across the globe.

⚡ 💀 💕 / 🍫 💝 This whole concept of combining J-Pop music with Metal could have been a disaster, but the quality of the singing, songwriting, choreography and staging take it to another level. 'Gimme Chocolate!!' is definitely one of their "poppier" tracks. They have been joined on stage for this song by members of Korn, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, and DragonForce. The official music video for this song has over 190 million views.

Can they just have a piece of chocolate please?🍫🍫🍫 This was the video that went viral 10 years ago in 2014 and got them some attention outside of Japan. It was filmed at the Legend 1997 concert in December 2013 (Su-metal was born in 1997, that concert was her 16th birthday party). It has the studio audio dubbed over the live performance (if you hear the live audio it was even better, but that is pretty much always the case with BABYMETAL). The "band" in the skeleton suits were called Babybones. They were not real instrumentalists, the music was pre-recorded and played on backing track while Babybones waved guitars and drum sticks around and danced. Early on BABYMETAL did not have enough budget to afford a live band so Babybones would be on stage just for the looks. The real band (the Kami Band) was phased in gradually after October 2012 playing at a couple of festivals and the encores in some concerts. Legend 1997 was the last time they played only the encores. The next big concerts BABYMETAL did were at the Budokan in March 2014 and the Kami Band played for the whole of both concerts - Babybones did not appear and were pensioned off as the Kami Band became the full time support for all live shows from there on.

Mosh'sh pit is a safe circle pit. Look up the lyrics it's about eating chocolate ( or not). The skeletons are mimicking, not really playing (sing to to a track). The Kami Band (real live musicians) appear later at this performance.

But I can tell Moa that for her I don't see any Problems with Chocolate on a Tour. She burns so many calories that she can eat as much chocolate as she want. As you see Koba had his girls so deep into metal as he liked but he had trouble to integrate the cutenesd into the metal. Another problem was that he hängt finished their Styling. Everybody told him they are idols the shorter zhe better but he was uncertain so the girls decided themselves to an armorlike Design and that you can wear it comfortable. Then they Broker the rules of the industry and wanted to wear their uniforms even in Interviews.
