From my limited experience, there are three stages of listening to Babymetal for the first. 1 - I have no idea what to expect. 2 - What the hell am I watching? 3 - Holy fuck this is awesome! All within about 20 seconds.

These young girls are from Japan. Lead Vocalist her name is Su-Metal while the two others are Yui-Metal and Moa-Metal. Yui has unfortunately left the group due to health problems. Check them out live they are AWESOME!!!!. Even live they are singing and dancing 🤘. Really talented young girls. Its a mix of J-pop and metal. (J-pop stands for Japanese pop)

The thing about BABYMETAL is that they are mixing genres like no one else, and each of their songs is experimental and different from the others. This group IS made from the most talented people in the world, they will surprise you every time. You start with cute little girls singing about chocolate and morning make-ups and then fast forward and you end up with a woman throwing gangsta sings and spitting bars like a Brooklyn rapper. And this is not an exaggeration.

I made sure to start going to more gigs this year before lockdown. I’ve seen 3 so far, Behemoth, Slipknot, and Babymetal...no shit Babymetal went the hardest. It was my last night out before the lockdown and what a fucking night it was.

Babymetal is legit. The band was formed when they were in a music school at the age of 11. Their first album was a huge success. Went on their first world tour at age 14. They are now in their early 20s. They have been on 3 world tours and have 3 albums.

BABYMETAL are fantastic! I have discoverd them a little more than 2.5 years ago, and not a day has passed since then without listening to them. They are not a metal band, but my personal favorite rock band is "band maid." If you like this, you will like them as well. You could watch, don't you tell me, domination (live), dice, real existence, or really any of their songs, they are all phenomenal truly in my opinion the greatest rock band out right now.

I know right? It's like when you discover a great show on netflix that has 7 full seasons already out. You're in luck! Their debut single was in 2010 they have 3 full albums of fantastic tracks. Not only that but they're a world class live band and we're lucky enough to have quite a few HD live concerts.

@@UltraViolent21 It's definitely more than 15. 2014 = First US show. 2015 = 2 US shows. 2016 = 13 US shows. 2017 = 18 US shows. 2018 = 8 US shows (well, that was a bit of an _off_ year). (Houston, Austin, and Dallas shows) 2019 = 20 US shows. (one in Dallas) I think it's a safe bet that they'll return to the US on the next tour. :D

Nearly all their songs are great. It depends on what you value. The best song musically is Tales of the Destinies. Their hardest song is Sis Anger. Their cutest song is Onedari Daisakusen. IDZ might be their best live song. Megitsune might be their best all around song.

Nice one. This is one of their more serious songs about fighting your inner demons (the ones in white). They cover other serious subjects as well, but also do songs with a less serious nature. My suggestion would be Headbanger live.

I think it's more than just Drums. The tone of the guitar also sets the mood. These metal songs with deep guitar riffs are amazing, especially if you have multiple guitar's riffing in harmony.

This band has been around since 2010. I have seen them live twice and they are this good live. The girls are now around 21 years old. Their early work when they were around 10 years old was equally as good and a bit more experimental as they were finding their sound and quite unique. Go down that rabbit hole you will not be disappointed with their discography.

The song is actually about defeating your inner monster that you send to yourself. If you notice the ones sending the Oni were the girls themselves. The song is about digging deep when you think you can't go on.

What they're saying is also great, though. It's about overcoming the obstacles you have to fight against (for both the external and internal struggles) in life, and getting back up even when you're feeling at your lowest. Ultimately, it's that good ol' positive "don't let the bastards keep you down" message. :)

I saw Baby Metal in Japan live during thier "Road To Resistance" tour when Yui was still in the band, and before they lost one of thier lead guitar players ~RIP The band behind them is really good and the girls put on a great show. They sing well and thier choreography is awesome. Kawi Metal ~ K-pop and Metal smashed together. I always love it when someone brings something new to the table, that is what Baby Metal has done, and gained much respect among other metal artists.
