Hi guys! Today I’m going to talk about the 3 new girl groups of the moment: BABYMONSTER, KATSEYE and VCHA! Coincidently, the 3 of them came from survival shows and released content in the end of 2023. I talked a little bit about the infos we have about them, and gave my opinion about it, about their songs, and my expectations for the future!

@@hailey-tp1hc It works the other way. YG gets paid if you watch the ads. The more you comment, like and subscribe, the KZfaq algorithm will automatically give priority to Batter Up to get more viewing. YG does not pay to get the additional viewing. It is you commenting and me replying that does that to the algorithm.

I think with most survival/girl group they don’t change the outfits for the younger girls like Babymonster, with vcha you can tell its meant for a younger audience and the clothes are covering. The girls look so comfortable.

because when I released this video I was only talking about the groups that had news about them on the same week... I had already talked about the r u next lineup at the time, and I was waiting for their debut date to make a video, then Youngseo left and I made a video about it, but I'm still waiting for debut news though 😕

Blinks support babymonster with all their hearts. Babymonster achieved popularity before their debut and after their debut, BABYMONSTER won the 'Rookie of The Year' category at the Circle Chart Awards. - a blink, I wish the girls only success and popularity. The girls are talented and beautiful.

No no no. If you understand YG songs, they have hidden messages. Batter Up is actually a song/rap of a special YG personal message directed at Blackpink girls over the difficult contract renewal negotiations with Blackpink girls. You have to watch several times to recognise the message. It says, sign your bloody contract or watch your highly trained super charged talented replacements take this opportunity to shine with or without you. The various samples from Blackpink are intentional and are direct references to each of the Blackpink girls. Eg, when Rami sings, talk too much, Big mistake and toss the telephone is a direct reference to Rose' Gone. Or Batter up is a Baseball term used by the referee to call the next batter to the plate. Or all six girls doing the dance to Lisa Money totally in synch, showing off their dance prowess or Rora with the typical Jisoo visuals also Rora with the On the ground flowers scene, or Ruka rapping, baton now in hand, we run, run, run, again a reference to handing the baton to the next runner. Beautiful original rap song. I smile every time I recognise a reference. I am still looking for Jennie in this song. It could well be Asa with the I am the big boss with Jennie setting up her own agency. Or because we are missing Ahyeon who is very much a baby Jennie, the song is light on Jennie references.

selling is worldwide, but when I talk about promoting I was talking about those stage shows they do, you know? when they go to music shows and perform, babymonster is focused in korea, katseye in the US, but vcha performed the survival show songs in korea. I don't know if their debut will be only there, I think they'll mix with US tv shows

Baby monster wasn't formed through a survival show,as it has a lot of people, and they have to compete and prepare by themselves . It was just a bunch of evaluation processes they went through to debut.

If your main comment about someone who is 13 is that they are fun to watch and you were worried about that. I think you need to get your priority, straight and rethink why people that young should not be entering the industry for much darker reasons.

fun to watch? worried about what? I didn't get it. But if you watch my R U Next videos you'll know that I don't like minors in kpop groups, but is vcha has only 1 girl that's not a minor, so... I decided to talk about their talents instead, and we can't deny Kaylee was one of the most talented in the survival show. I think this group has a different focus, and as I've heard of, they are being treated differently from the kpop industry, like not having diets, being in an hotel instead of the company, etc... I do hope jyp treats them well, as well as the people (the most difficult part). 5/6 of the group are minors, as well as some in babymonster, if I started talking about age people would think it's a hate video... I just wanted to share infos about new groups

@@TheDeepTruthChannel I understand that, but honestly people will find anything to hate something that just annoys them for no reason. I’m not sure this channel is one of them, but there are a lot of K-pop content farms (ehem kookielit) that capitalize off of clickbait to a video that pays too much attention to anti fans cyber bullying idols for nonsense matters while also shining a similar light on more serious issues like company corruption and abuse. When I hear there is a minor in the group, my personal priority is their safety and not how likeable/talented they are. Just my opinion. Glad to hear they’re being treated better though. Let’s hope it’s not just a phase.

Actually, during the premiere of A2K there was a lot of hate towards KG and Kendall. Like a lot of people was commenting.🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢 emoji saying that they should not debut that they don’t want them in the group, and I felt so bad, because it was so much of that, especially during the last episode of them getting picked, and then when you watch the behind-the-scenes of their first broadcast on music Bank they’re watching the last episode live and I felt so bad because you could see how sad Kendall is on her face like people were giving them so much hate because they kept saying how Kendall is untalented how KG can’t dance how she literally dance only twice on the show and she don’t deserve to be in the group. It was a lot, but I’m happy that nowadays I don’t see any hate towards them, so I’m guessing it’s getting flood out by all the love but those live streams I felt so bad like I couldn’t even look at the live comments when I would watch it I would just have it full screen because it would just hurt my heart. How bad people were talking about literal children.😢

And also if they do decide to promote in Korea and sing in Korean, I feel like Koreans wouldn’t mind because Koreans support black Swan, which is an all foreign group. I like the only people who is going to have a problem with Vcha promoting and singing in Korea would be international fans, because when black Swan 1st re-debuted, Fatou said that majority of the hate that she got was from international fans, and that the Korean public love her. And now that the group is fully foreign. Now it’s the same thing. Majority of the love is in Korea they do have international love, but majority of the hate comes from international fans.

Also, I preferred A2K over Dream Academy, because I feel like it was more personal. The girls interact and all that and also I did not like the voting system for Dream Academy The first mission did not make any sense to me because we had to vote on vocals for two groups and dance for two groups so we never got to see the group that singing dance and we never got to see the girls that dancing sing on top of that last performance voting was so messy because they had early voting and we didn’t even get to see a performance yet on top of that when they had the live voting the other group didn’t even get to perform yet before voting ended, which I feel like is unfair to the other team, because what if I wanted to see the other group perform and then cast my vote which I could not do because the other team didn’t even perform yet on top of that I feel like with dream Academy at the end of the day. It became a popularity vote instead of voting on talent because people were just voting for their favorite person, and they’re voting for people of a certain country but I’m actually just happy that the girls who did end up in the group are all super talented

wow, that's a lot of info, I agree with the 3 comments, especially about the dream academy voting system, I'll be making a video about survival shows and you said exactly what I think about it, lol! But I didn't see any comments of hate on the a2k video, I unfortunately didn't watch it live, so maybe that's it... in the video I didn't find any, so I'm glad they got hidden by love comments! The only thing I see is about kendall because jyp was too biased sometimes, but I didn't see hate comments, only people saying they didn't really want her, but not being agressive (which is very different from things I saw when the dream academy finale came out, the difference in the international audience is crazy, but I know some koreans complained about vcha performances too... I think it's very difficult to not have anyone complaining about groups nowadays 🥲)
