D30 meant 30 days from the performance. However, these girls still have vocal, rap and dancing classes and practices, language classes, public speaking classes etc. It is not 30 full days to prepare for this performance.

You need to watch the introduction series. The 3 Korean girls do not live in the YG building. They live at home and travel from school to the YG building each day. The overseas members live in the building in dorms.

This was really interesting! I'm also a newbie to K-pop but will watch more of these reactions/Janci tutorials! 😃 Seeing how young these girls are and the process makes me worry for them but as I understand it the agencies take their mental health into consideration (or is that just BTS?). Would love to see more of this kind of behind-the-scenes content.

Just an FYI on reacting to K-pop MV'S, no need to edit the video you won't be blocked, unless you're gonna react to a live K-pop show. Most people don't edit thier reactions. Try reacting to Dreamcatcher or Rolling Quartz, both do rock.

Jennie, of blackpink, told that the trainees had to prepare everything ( dress,dance ect) before each monthly evaluation

It's done that way at YG Entertainment, so that the trainees can learn and be more involved in the process, in order for them to express and grow their creative side. Post 3rd gen, at the "Big 4"; the trainee process starts with learning to sing, dance, and rap. Then advances to learning modeling, acting, public speaking, additional languages, song writing, song production, and choreography. All this on top of school work for middle/high school.

At this stage there are 3 rappers. But the girls have grown up since. Chiquita has also just been announced as a performance ready 4th rapper if you watch the Making of Sheesh. Sheesh is their official debut. Just dropped.

Ahyeon has a higher pitch voice. She intentionally lowered her pitch to make a contrast with Pharita's higher pitch, making it a more interesting song. That is a risk she is taking on her part.
