@@princetak-ev3gn You know, as ,vikas divyakirti sir says that Life is not at extreme. It is all about balancing. You need to learn self control. And trust me, you should start practicing controlling and managing your own schedule. You don't need anyone to tell you how to stay away from distraction. Just know one thing that WHY are you studying now, preparing for xyz competitive exam. And Also, allot seperate time slot of half an hour for your refreshments & scrolling whatever you like to watch on social media. More than anything, competitive exams teaches us self control. So try to discipline yourself and be flexible as well. And always remember, the more time you spend feeling guilty about the time you wasted, the more time you will waste. So don't let yourself fall down in that loop.
