In this video I have shared 2 Baby Food Recipes. One of them is BEETROOT Purée which is helpful for 6 to 12 Months old Babies. BEETROOT is very nutritious and rich source of Iron so it is helpful in Haemoglobin formation. The other baby food recipe is BEETROOT Khichdi which is helpful in 1 year and plus Child. Sir, please confirm karein, mera 6 month old baby ko main mashed khaana hi khila rahi hoon. Puree form sirf starting ke 3-4 dino ke liye diya. Is it okay? He chews and roti ke chote chote tukde bhi de rahi hoon, idli mash karke bhi de rahi hoon. Please guide me. Do u think it's safe for him?? Sabziyaan steam karke haath se mash karke khilaati hoon and woh khaata hai.
