Since Medical school applications open early, can I apply for Medicine and then apply for another program later in the same year or my application will have to be completed by the time I submit for Medicine?

Applications for ALL UCT undergraduate programmes open and close at the same time. This means that you will apply once for admission to both your programme choices.

Hello. What are the criteria/requirements for a person who has a B.Sc degree but couldn't meet the minimum requirements with grade 12 results?. Do they consider students from outside UCT and what is the usual cut-off %?

Transferring applicants generally need to be competitive with both their school-leaving results as well as tertiary academic record. This is simply because of the stiff competition for admission. Admission thresholds are difficult to predict, but have a look at the Undergraduate Prospectus to get some sense of the requirements.
