Oh man Aunty Sonya I’m soooo jealous!!! I started my no meat/dairy journey two weeks ago and could really use a restaurant like that in my area. Chinese food is one of my favorites and to get a similar taste without meet...😩. What is the “chicken” is it mushrooms?? After I finished watching the video I had to come back and tell you the way you plated the leftovers with the dishes from the Asian Market looked beautiful.

Some dishes are made from tofu, mushrooms, and other vegetables. The taste is so good, a person would never know it's all vegetables if you did not tell them. My brother had some this weekend and stated he is hooked.
