I can do it !!!! But i will land on my head hahaha. I must admit. Even though i do alot of stretching and training im still stiff “not agile enough”. Or let me rather say the fear of messing it up is a big factor cause for me one wrong move and its lights out. And that would set me back much more. I will rather stay on the ground. With all respects

I can do a perfect back flip on a soft mat but I am still scared to do it on grass

There some boys who were beating me because I didn't know Kung Fu knower days am beating them . I love Master Song’s tutorials! But when it comes to flipping please go to a coach or gym maybe a trampoline first to avoid injury. This progression will not work for 99.9% of us. I doubt Coach Song learned his flip this way without the support he mentioned. Good luck.

super good. I cant tacel a revers rotation back flip. so you run turn hard left then right then left so powerswing your right leg get the rotation, do a full rotation and in a backflip kick spin. sorry for the spelling, not all can read
