Day-1 shoulder focused push day
Day-2 biceps focused pull day
Day-3 leg and abs
Day-4 chest focuses push
Day-5 back focused pull
Day-6 triceps focused push
Day 5 pull ( back Focused)
1. Lat pull down
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
2. Seated Cable row
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
3. Standing Lat Pushdown
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
4. Rev pec fly
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
5. Rope face pull
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
6. Single arm preacher curl
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
7. Biceps Hammer curls
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
8. Rev bicep curls
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
9.Wide grip upright row and shrugs combo
(15 reps each and 4 sets)
