Man--that is some nice fab work. It's so nice when you work in a hop and you have the tools you need,. That plasma table and metal press brake are awesome--saves so much time--even have that hyd. hose press machine and all the fittings--that right there is worth it's weight in gold. With all that stuff under roof--you can come in anytime and fix stuff up--you won't use them every day-but the more your use that stuff-the better you get-the quicker you get. Thanks for the trip!

I use to run a plasma rig, but it had 2 tables and 2 torches. Set two plates on, bump all 3 locators on each plate, load the program and hit cycle start. While it was burning, you went to the other table, off loaded the skeleton and put all the parts on pallets. Steel was delivered by a semi, that pulled up right along side the machine, and we used a magnet on an overhead crane to off-load the semi. Same magnet was used to load steel on the tables. I cut a LOT of heavy metal parts for the CAT 235 and 245 Excavators.

+ C&C Equipment: Another really GOOD video, guys! Liked watching the plasma table work, doing panel & floorboard cutouts/finish work w/ all the required holes/openings. Impressive that that much time is spent/consumed getting things/fitment 'just right.' Others., most likely, would neither take the care you do nor be nearly as concerned about having the _"finished product"_ be nearly as good as you do. Such as repair to/of the 'single cooling hole' that wasn't perfectly cut. That's a true testament to the character/commitment shown by you & the business you represent. As per usual, the presentation gets the standard _YT_ 'thumbs-up' award. Keep 'em comin', guys!

Clint I am twice your age so pay attention Get your self a one inch sq cold roll a foot long and start at one end drilling a threw hole just so your tape goes threw it now clamp it to the plate you want to tape with tap in 1 x 1 to a line hole and then clamp welding clamp is good now you have a straight and square guide for your tap and over the years my 1 x1 has a lot of holes in it for many size taps I made mine 45 years ago and still room for a few more holes ,the simple things on the bench made life a lot more easy. And stamp your wife's name on the side of it and tell her you named it after her.I never lose mine because it's big and on top of my bench always.Charlie.
