Oh wow, thank you so so much, that means a lot ❤️ it takes a lot of time to put these videos together, so to get this kind of feedback is everything 🙏🏼 my training has been really great actually, I was suffering with some hip issues, but I think over time they will strengthen. I've been working on 7km runs, but in the last week had to stop as i've been so exhausted, trying to hand rear dumped 2 day old puppies, with no mum, but they all passed away unfortunately. But i'll get back on the running soon! Thanks for your support ❤️

@@whereslucie You're so welcome, you've grown in leaps and bounds with your videography! Consistent 7 Km's is really good. Do they have a Chiropractor in your area, an adjustment on your hips and spine may be helpful. I haven't run in a couple of years, but your previous video inspired me to start again, my goal is four days a week. I'm so sorry for those little pups, that must take an emotional toll on you. Please be mindful of your well-being. Maybe do a little ritual to honor the wee ones and to help mark their short-lived journey. Have a beautiful week!

Why tamil ? Srilanka is a Sinhala speking country not tamil speaking.less than a20% people speak tamil

Hi Lucy and Lahiru the most hard working couple in beautiful Srilanka. I'm so happy you two are running for a good cause raising money for animal SOS. Will you be saving the elephant s that are chained their legs and beaten them with a Bull Hook and the dogs and cows that are tied to trees and chained, birds and other animals that are caged in small cages even in some people's houses. You got everything wrong here😂 first of all education in sri lanka is free😂 so you dont need to afford it 😂 then about the lenses in sri lanka health is also free but when you need to get something like lenseses there is a delay and everybody is not lucky enough to get medication at the right time so to certain degree i agree with you however there are ngo organization such lions club which help such kjnd of people and lastly yes thats true people sleep on the floor in hospitals because not enough beds but you have to understand that sri lanka is a still developing country and recently it faced its worst economic crisis but still it provides free education and health every country has it flaws and sri lanka has few

For once I want to see the natural beauty of Sri Lanka. We all know that most people don’t get their basic needs met there. That doesn’t mean they have to show the sufferings of Sri Lankans. It’s very uplifting watching the natural beauty of Sri Lanka for people who suffer from depression like me.
