Hey guys. I just wanted to say thanks. About a month ago I dropped a comment asking you guys to do a video on posterior pelvic tilt and you did a couple days later. I'm glad to say that the exercise you recommended along with glute bridges got my hips back to normal in about 2 weeks. Thanks again.

Right on!! These exercises have helped me dramatically in just a couple sets!!! Tremendous!!! Seriously! I watched a half dozen videos on this but you guys are always my favorite!

No kidding. Just give it a try. On the first set I couldn't even touch the walls with my hip and on the 2nd set I touched it. On the 3rd set I felt such a relief. 3 sets of 15sec per set seemed to be working for me. Can't wait to wake up tomorrow and check if it stayed like that of if I need to repeat it a couple of days. In any case -THANK YOU.

Thank You! That technique really helped me, on the first attempt! I was less crooked after 3 sets, hold in it for 15 seconds in between each set and wait a minute in between. Thank you so much.

I woke up with an obvious list to port after a night of carousing with a friend. Quite shocked to look in the mirror the next morning but you guys had me fixed up quick! Side note it did come back a bit but additional stretching fixed it for good. Thanks Bob & Brad!

Hi, I really enjoy watching your videos! I am currently taking a medicine that causes me immense pain in my entire spine and rib cage, particularly in the region where my rib cage is attached to the spine. I am unable to jump, run or turn my back in any way without it causing pain. So I wonder if there are any excercises that I can do in order to strengthen my back? I really want to be able to run again since I am used to being very active, prior to taking this medicine. Thank you very much for your videos, I am happy to see educated professionals helping people on the internet. Take care!

I’ve had this problem often and the only way is to ‘lengthen and strengthen’ the lower back by whatever means available and suitable for you . However , anecdotally, in case you are in severe spasm can try to rub a good arthritis relief oil or any anti spasmodic oil and have a high dose of vitamin c over the course of a day , like 8 to 10 gm. This is purely based on my experience and may not be supported medically but it has really worked and got me out of spasms . Perhaps it’s the anti inflammatory properties of the vitamin c because ultimately a spasm is due to some inflammation.

This is fine if you're not mid-spasm/thrown out back episode. Leaning into the pain is excruciating, hence why your body is crooked... Over time your muscles will loosen and get back to normal. Time, massage, and gingerly walking are the only things I found that help

I have sciatica almost 1 year , I shifted to the right , when I walk and stand my upper body lean toward when I bend my upper body backwards my calf hurts so much. When I did your exercise my calf and my ankle hurts so much it didn’t feel better . Can you recommend others exercise for me ? Please

My back is shifted left. After pushing thru some pain I touched my left hip to the wall. After a minute When I push off the wall, my back has shifted all the way to the right but then slowly shifs back to the left. It concerns me that you said "you've never seen that happen" I've been trying this on & off throughout today

I barely noticed in the mirror I'm leaning to the right due to left herniated disc causing severe sciatic pain.I tried this method but it hurts to doit and had to stop.

My crooked back happened after my laminectomy. Hopefully this can help me. My physical therapist thinks I may have developed scoliosis.

I have some nerve pain that's coming from the solar plexus level and it feels like a nerve is pinched. I have a ripping pain down my arm when I reach for things and numbness just above my wrist. Anything I can do?

Is the side with the higher shoulder the side you lean against the wall?

Probably not, because if you’re leaning left odds are your right shoulder is sitting higher. The example in the video of raising the shoulder is simply to move the arm on the wall out of the way of the hip as you lean into the wall. Summary: if you look tilted to your left. Lean on your left wall.

Hey guys I've have been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis. I am 56 and also have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in left hip and knees. I've always lifted weights but this past 2 or 3 years have geared my exercises down to bodyweight and just 20# dumbbells. I only take a turmeric supplement and etc pain reliever if it gets too unbearable. I work as Delivery driver and I have to lift heavy auto body parts at times and also have to climb in and out of my van (which is a high step up) about 15-20 times every day. I can't sleep because an upper back/chest/shoulder pain when sleeping on right side and stomach. Can't sleep left side because hip pain. Any suggestions? I am sorry for long comment.

I also have this condition. I feel your pain. The supplement Hyaluronic Acid has helped my joint pain. I had to train myself to sleep on my back using a thin pillow so my spine is straight, and a pillow on each side so I couldn't turn over.

@@peck5467 oh thank you. Yes I've been trying to train myself to sleep on my back too. I'm ok for a out 15 minutes then it's very uncomfortable. I take turmeric but only helps a little. I will try the supplement you mentioned. It might be better. Thank you Tessie

My upper body is leaning left due to two herniated docs. Shoulders to the left/Right hip is stuck out. This is causing me immense pain on the left side of my lower back/pelvis/hip. I tried this but cannot get my hip anywhere near the wall? And the pain intensified. I really want it to work. Any suggestions?

I am finding doing this exercise does not increase my sciatica, but it does add a little bit of a pinching sensation on the side of the pain. I have repeated this exercise many times and still lean a little crooked to my left side. It for sure feels more like extreme tightness than pain when I stand crooked and try to straighten. Have you had patients who have had to do these exercises for days before they are straight again?

Same here. For me I had a severe antalgic lean for over 10 weeks before it eased a little, and my back straightened to what I would consider "normal", but also the pain got worse. I'm still in pain now, but I hope that this is part of the slow progression of healing. Small gains with the back straightening and then on to the next phase. Good luck.

Guys. I tried this. Seemed to work for about 10 min, but I got light-headed and felt like throwing up. It went away after 30 min. I've tried Chinese medicine, cbd oil, stretches, hot therapy, cold pads, gabapentin, the works. I'm on day 4 and can't walk without my gfs help. Any alternative to going to the er at this point? Oh and I also tried acupuncture and cupping. Also was tue lightheaded and wanting to throw up feeling a good thing?

How is Liz and the baby? I've not seen a video from their channel in about four months and there's nothing on their social media. I totally respect their privacy but just to know they're all doing fine would be great. It's so strange you don't realise how concerned you get about someone you've never met. I just hope she's OK because this can't be an easy time for them xx

my back got crooked after the day X 20.02.2020 when suddenly stabbed me while lifting heavy in the work. I got Sirdalud 2mg perscribed which relaxed the muscles and it got even more crooked. X-ray showed crooked, mri says L4/L5 medial - dorsal and little preaseure. L5/S1 left intraforaminal. Now the Clinic needs to stay closed because of the covid crisis and i can be as functional as the halflife of Diclofenac. Its the 7th week of hell and the pain shifted from the right to the left, and its a different kind of pain, maybe more spastic and reactive to the feeling. I think the body protects itself by blocking the muscles, and continues to hold the crooked position. Igot a belt from amazon for the sake of placebo effect, cannot say if it helps, but maybe you could show us in your next videos if compression is any good. Anyway very bad timing. But i like your videos and you give me hope that one day i will be ok. Greetings from Austria

I have this same issue, I have no pain in my legs, I have been doing these workouts as well as seeing a chiropractor, and I am still going crooked when I do things like, sit and bend over and twist, (you can imagine what I am doing when I use these movements) As well as after I stretch, also after I get up sometimes I am also crooked, I have been walking on a treadmill, I am also very nervous to really do anything very manual, I am unemployed because of this and all this has been going on for 7 to 8 months now, I don't know what I should do, any advice??

Same bro I go the gym and everyone always goes back excerises when I’m around shit makes me want to kms ive been told Im goodlooking( I got lucky with my ex she was a 8) but my shitty fuckinh posture made us break up and everytime im outside people start to fix their posture and it’s annoying I jsut want to end my life

Exercise, strengthening and chiropractors are recommended but most don't strengthen. I was doing the Roman bench at the gym and my low back feels great. I'd crack that area but when I couldn't crack it after strengthening I thought there was a problem but it felt better still. Proof chiropractors are a scam.

Can you have a lateral shift without having a herniated disc? Can it be caused by something else?

Hi:I watch you guys everday,(toronto).I fell on my back and right hip in quebec,,and not long after i had issues with my limbs and feet.,can you fall on your back and shift 1 side of your ribs a inch or 2,i have had more then 5 falls,mostly bad landlords,not doing their job,by putting or even buying sand or salt.,i need help,can seem too make my doctor understand,i know my body.its not right on 1 side.
