It's easy to fix your tight back and get back tension relief with this simple and very effective exercise. Back muscle tension is a common problem for many people, whether it's due to a sedentary lifestyle, poor posture, or stress. This tension can cause discomfort and pain, which can affect your daily activities.
My name is Dr. Ryan Peebles and I dedicated the last 20 years of my life to better understanding and reversing the root causes of chronic lower back pain. In the video I'll share my favourite exercise that can help you fix your chronic back pain. I’m wondering which of your lower back muscles are very relaxed (at the end of your video) due to reciprocal inhibition. My Chiro wants me to strengthen the QL but my impression is that they are too tight and need to be able to let go?

Ephraim, good question. It is less effective than a firm surface, however infinitely better than not doing it at all!
