Excellent info for me as to why I have persistent/chronic pain in low back/SI joints following a spinal fusion (L2-S1). Cleaning up the nomenclature to me less negative makes sense but using PSPS brings to mind the use of the same acronym by PG&E for their current power shut-downs….also a negative association…Oh Well…right?

Dr Tennant use to treat failed back surgery for 20 yrs and he says many end up getting CPS. Can you cover RSD. I got 2 TBIs and have bad burning pain all over body. Lower torso is worse then upper. But both so bad that it causes my nervous system to crash. It crash in times of stress, to much light and noise, even eating to fast or in storms or winter alot. I have temapture issues getting really hot or cold, sweating all the time even if im cold. Can't tolerate too hot water or cold water. I'm fully disabled SSDI . I've tried to go to Drs all over USA to get me even a litte better. But the only dr that has gotten me any extra relief was the one who found the multi organ dysfunction and stage 4 adrenal fatigue. I have to be on non innflamation diet (no gluten) and I follow that very well. I'm on 450mcg belbuca with 10mg oxycodone every 6 hrs for breakthrough pain, cbd/thc oil helps, cbd only doesn't seem to help as much. I do have back and neck pain too but nothing theres can do for surgery. It's mostly just sitting up the muscle gets so weak it burns so bad. To where I physically cannot sit up. So the oxycodone helps with that part. I can be up probably 20-30% of a day in spurts but am bedbound mostly due to the extreme weakness throughout and how much my pain is. I'm still in substantial amounts of pain. But drs think of i take higher opites it'll cause more pain, but they won't test the theory. When I have better pain help I can actually do more things with less crashes. I'm only 43 and still have kids. Do you have any ideas to help me more?
