I really respect you with your decision to leave your children out of your videos. Some channels here on KZfaq have seemed to turn into exploitation and it’s just totally wrong. You are proof of having a successful channel and maintaining your family’s privacy at the same time💕

Your children will have such fabulous memories to take with them into adolescence and on to adulthood. What a special Mom you are. Thank you!! It is really important that people respect their children's privacy, especially on KZfaq. It is insane to me some of the things that people share in regards to birthing, children's every moment and more. I will always put my children first and create a safe place for them to grow.

The special notes mean more to our kids than we realize! I wrote a little encouraging note for my 20 y.o. daughter and snuck it in her lunch bag one day last year. It meant so much to her, she kept in the lunch bag pocket and said she'd pull it out and read it whenever she was having a tough day at work!!

You’re such a wonderful mom. Every time you share the little ways you care for your kids, I think about all the things you instill in them. Things they will want to do for their own kids one day. They’ll show them the same love they received. It’s a blessing and level of care that some kids long for.

I would love to see a video about how to keep it together as a mom while also having a schedule of your own. By no means I’m not talking about perfection, but you are organized, productive and I would love to see more of how to accomplish that. A routine to a productive mom’s life. I’ve seen a couple of videos like that here on YT but they are so unrealistically cheesy. I like your style, I can tell this is in camera and off camera. I’m struggling a little with working at home, having 2 kids with a very busy schedule with schools/sports/ after school activities. I need to get more organized with time, cleaning schedules, routines, time for me, meals, etc. 🌹🌷🌹🌷🌹🌷🌹🌷🌹🌹🌷🌹🌹🌹🌷🌹

What sweet mom things to do. I used to do things like that for my son. As he got older I would leave little notes especially on test days or days when I knew he was nervous about something going on at school that day. I have heard so many moms complain about raising their children. But to me it was an absolute delight. I loved every minute of it. My son was a gift from God, and I cherished that gift or should I say do cherish it every day. Obviously you feel the same. God Bless.

My kids are now in college, and they take our dinner leftovers most of the time. But when they were little I preferred packing their lunches over buying school lunch because that way I knew they'd have quality food they liked, and not have to spend time in line getting food. Like you, I also felt good about knowing what they did/didn't eat each day. I always packed healthy stuff, plus one treat, and packed a little extra when the budget allowed because many times their classmates were without food, and that way they had some to share if it was needed.

When my kids were little they’re all grown now, I would always put notes in their lunches. I always made my kids lunch the night Before just like you do. My kids would always say lunch tasted so good mom and I love the note from you. I miss those days so much. You’re a SUPER mom!! Wonderful ideas for kids and family ties! Thank YOU! For my grandkids (4), I do ‘FUN FRIDAY” - Fridays, after school, they come home where I’ve been secretly prepping a fun snack to have TOGETHER (they never know what I’ll have!! 😊- they’re ready for the weekend and I can’t wait to hear about their week at school, while they’’re making a special snack! (My sneaky way to capture their attention). It’s set up on their kitchen island, ingredients and fun decor are laid out - I make sure they each have a space to CREATE their own version of whatever that Friday FOOD theme is -- “APPLES”, “COOKIES”, “NACHOS”, etc (And of course the holiday ones are even more special- Halloween, Christmas, Valentines, etc). HAPPY Kids, HAPPY MOMs, HAPPY Tutu (Grandma in Hawaiian) 🌺🌈❤️

My youngest two are now 21 & 22 & they tell me how they talk with their friends about things I used to do for their lunches & other traditions. They were imports to me at the time but obviously kids don’t really know better but now she is astonished that her friends parents didn’t do the same things & she remembers them so fondly. It definitely makes it feel worthwhile to know it did have a positive impact. Love your chicken 🐔 🐓’s.

I am a high school teacher, and we read Growth Mindset by Carol S. Dweck, PhD, a few years ago for a teacher professional development assignment. It is really startling the difference between how a growth mindset learner thinks because of how adults react to their thinking processes. Also, it'd fascinating how effective it it is to hold the attitude that learning should involve mistakes and failures (if we were already fully-able to know or do something, then we don't need to re-learn it: that would be a waste of time. So, obviously, there will be challenges and setbacks in genuine learning, which Growth Mindset thinkers embrace). Also, nice suggestions for positivity for Back to School, Lauren! Your intentionality in parenting is goals!

I love your attention to detail and how much thought and effort you put into everything. I also do a bento-style lunch for my 3 kids. I really like the boxes you use. For years we have had a back to school dinner the night before. It is usually their favorite foods that are not that healthy but fun! I decorate the dining room table in a back to school theme then make homemade Mac and cheese and piggies in the blanket. I still did it this year even tho 2 of my 5 kids are in college. They still love it!

All of our children are grown and gone with children of there own♥️♥️♥️ but I so enjoy your videos watching you prepare meals for them!!!!! I sure do miss those days!!!! We don’t see much of our kids anymore or grandkids but I get to see pictures of them and I have sweet memories or ours growing up♥️ I soooo would live to bbq pizza is it hard to do Lauren? My kids are grown but yes, when I would leave notes, do special lunches and make organisation a fun thing my kids absorbed it and had a better enjoyment at school. Always make them feel special. The Kissing Hand is a wonderful book and we always read it the night before back to school. It is very hard to read the book with crying!!

I respect the fact that you don't show your children! Who knows, they may not want to be youtube famous! My favorite pizza topping is peppers, we grow a lot of them and the kids love the sweet ones as a snack too. Before going back to school I cook the kids favorite dinner saturday/sunday night

I would take a big bear cookie cutter and make a peanut butter sandwich and cut it out . My daughter said everybody at school wanted me to make them one too. The bear was a big hit.
