I woke up in the middle of the night, looked at my phone, time was 3:33. Went to change up my music, the first song I ever listened to by Zac was playing. Thought I’d put something new on, saw the notification for this new one, put it on, went to click like, I was 222. I love seeing numbers like that. I see them all day every day but just not sure if it really means anything. Time to fall back asleep before a busy Monday. Thank you so much Zac for this new music, it’s beautiful! 😊

its 2: 22am here . last week i told a co worker at 1: 11pm i have been seeing those numbers all time time in past months . at my age i think i would have noticed this long ago , though it just seems to have began in past months . I’ve had insomnia my whole life and have to take sleep medication just to fall asleep.. your videos help so much with relaxing/getting to sleep faster! Even if I have a night that’s extra hard to fall asleep, my mind doesn’t feel like it’s racing/busy when I listen to your sounds.. thank you so so much for these videos! So true. I have been dealing with construction, both day and night since May. I am really noise sensitive and after a while, I can't even think straight. Sleep Channel has had such a positive impact on me (and my cat). I am eternally grateful.

It feels weird to say this but I feel bad for not having all my old childhood toys anymore, I've got 1 item from my childhood left that still holds a place in my heart so I couldn't let go of it, I think back to all of the things I've lost over the years wishing I could give those same things to my son or daughter in the future, really I just want to remember them/the feelings they gave me as a child, and hope this is something I get to pass on to my own in the future, because it sure was an amazing feeling.
