+Big Hush what detail. Pointing out specifics when you don't say where you are is meaningless. If are out on a side road in southern California and say look heres where the Lyon estates billboard was, but don't say where it is so I can go see it too, you are basically being pendantic.
@BigHush8 жыл бұрын
+thunderclap morgridge Well I have no intention of visiting these places, so I guess knowing the location doesn't mean as much to me as it does to others. I just enjoyed watching the comparisons. I'm sure all of these locations are mapped in detail elsewhere on the web anyway.

Fun fact: the guitar Marty plays 'Johnnie be good' on is a 1958 Gibson ES335 that obviously didn't exist in 1955.
@MrCgford15 жыл бұрын
That is a wicked fact lol
@Travis-guy-2475 жыл бұрын
Actually, it's an ES-345 ;)

@@Travis-guy-247 hmmm I will have to do my research
@Travis-guy-2475 жыл бұрын
To be honest, I'm a guitar nut myself and I couldn't tell you the difference between an ES-335, ES-345 or an ES-355. But either way I think the inaccuracy still stands, none of them existed in 1955!
@Travis-guy-2475 жыл бұрын
Just looked it up. The differences between a 335 and a 345 are the 335 has standard hardware, whereas the 345 has gold hardware and also has that added black 5-position switch near the volume and tone controls. So it's definitely a 345 in the film :)

Great video. The clock tower and town square are actually on the Universal Studios lot. I used to work for Universal Music and they would have their Christmas parties on the lot in the same town square in the shadow of the clock tower that was used in BTTF. It was really cool to get to party there.
