Was in Key Colony with the family 6/1 to 6/8. Conditions weren’t great the first few days but luckily wind laid down throughout the week. I feel lucky to have avoided all the rain the following week. Headed back for mini season! Love the content and great job pushing through despite the weather. 💪🏻

Yall I have a little story. I grew up on the West side of Mobile Bay between Dog River to the North and Deer River to the South in the 70's. Almost no fish or crabs where in the Bay and it was that bad. Google the Skylab photos of Mobile Bay in 70's also keep in my mind that we have always been a top 10 port in tonnage so a lot of nasty coal. Bottom line. Finally caught my 1st Mango Snapper in the Deer River channel in 90's. Fish Mobile Bay if you get a chance! Do you not bleed the fish before putting it in your yeti? I've heard when fish die how asphyxiation it makes a meat taste different? I've never had fresh ocean fish but inland fishing for perch and other pan fish like crappie I do notice a difference
