Can you please make a video of what to do when one motor stops working on the zealot s2

You mean while you’re riding it? Yikes! The only thing you can do at that time is to bail, and tuck n roll. If a motor stops working when you’re not riding at 20mph, you can easily replace the motor by purchasing one on the Backfire website. If it’s still under warranty, just email the customer service dept and they’ll send you a new motor and walk you through the process of changing it out. Did that happen to you? Were you riding it at the time? Thank you for watching!

you can use a soldering iron to heat the bolts as well, more concentrated heat on the bolt as well as less chance of overheating something you'd rather not heat' since the pinpoint of the soldering iron really only touches the bolt....

The tool u used to unmount the motors what’s the size ? I need to buy one

So sorry I'm just now getting back with you! OK, so the tool I used is a 3mm allen wrench. But you should also have a tool or tools that came in the box for the board that will do the same job. I just like these particular tools because they have a nice handle on them, and it allows for more torque on the bolts. Thank you so much for watching, and I hope that was helpful for you!

What are the screws sizes?

That’s a good question. Probably something you would get a better answer by emailing their tech support. I don’t want to steer you wrong. Which screws are you talking about? The screws for the deck / trucks, are standard size for that use.
