She was on a roll revealing much and they just interrupted her every time she was giving details. The interview could have been better if they had shut up and let her reminisce.

I met her several times in the mid 80s .I took care of her mother in Phoenix in an ICU. Such a lovely down to earth woman. And she bought the staff lunch and dinner every day. Then she gave us all new furniture and a TV for the employee Break room .

She has very quietly been helping wounded veterans. Recently given an award for her work. A good person

I will forever and always be totally smitten by Stevie Nicks, as a child in the 70's into the teen years later in the 80's I can always remember Stevie on the Radio. Her hauntingly beautiful voice and looks made her the ultimate Rock Angel.

I have always admired and loved Stevie Nicks. Her Bella Donna album was my go to music in the early eighties, during my first year in the Air Force. I have never seen her in concert, although I have always wanted to. Even now, since I am a “grown-up,” the ticket prices for her current tour what is left of them, are astronomical. I wish she could perform at a more intimate music hall, such as The Birchmere, VA, Wind Creek, PA, and or Scottish Rite, NJ. Her songs never get old or tiresome. It is that raw emotion and energy that jumps off the recordings, that stops you, and makes you listen.

Fleetwood Mac was a part of my life & still is & will forever be! Very good music & excellent musicians! They captured all of us that like & feel really good music that got our souls!

It is about the up and down relationship she had with Lindsay Buckingham . The song " Landslide " was about the death of her grandmother . It was also the FIRST song by Stevie and Fleetwood Mac to hit the Top 10 .. Her song ' Rhiannon " is considered one of the Top 500 songs in Rock history by Rolling Stone magazine . She is the only woman inducted in to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice ( once as a solo artist and as a member of Fleetwood Mac ) . When Stevie and Lindsay joined Fleetwood Mac , they were considered the originators of the " Soft Rock " genre of music . Stevie designs her own bohemian type wardrobe . She mainly wore white in the 70s and 80s to exemplify her angelic persona and mysticism . She mainly wears Black to make her appear slimmer . People ! Magazine has a special issue dedicated to the Rock Goddess about her life and times up to turning 75 in May 2023 .

Mac were the consummate professionals. If you closed your eyes at their concert and just listened, you'd understand their greatness. They were flawless! Lindsay was the perfect front man and Stevie brought the mystique. Christy set up left of the stage mixing into the background for a majority of the show until the spotlight hit her! She was the change of pace that brought the crowd out of the trance Stevie put them in. Mick was always Tribal on the drums and lived on the edge of bizarre! Not many give him credit for being a great drummer but damn he was so original and next to Keith Moon used displacement and chokes better than anyone. He was a madman who delivered perfection every time out. So, while we enjoyed Micks penchant for the bizarre you know it had to make John's bass play a logistical nightmare when it came to picking up on the pulse of Micks drumming. John's ability to bide time by holding notes through Micks phantom strikes was amazing (Listen to the bass line on "Go you own way"). Without John's bass play that song wouldn't exist! He held it together while Lindsay and Mick were all over the place. Mac might make my top 5 let's see......... In 1986 or 1987, can't remember, I was taking a car service from my office in Wheat Ridge Colorado to the airport, the driver had a message enroute and he asked if we could stop and pick up a lady passenger as her limo had car trouble and she was going to be late to the airport herself. That's how I met Stevie Nicks and have been a fan ever since

One of my first crushes. That was in the 80s.. Before the overload of information. Which is irrelevant. LOVE Her voice.

I became an AM-FM Rock Radio Dj at the ripe old age of 14 in 1974. For me FMac came on the scene With 'Rhiannon' the summer of 1976, the Bicentennial year. We played the crap outta that song all summer long. Then 'Go Your Own Way' in winter. oh, but 1977 started off just fantastically with "Dreams" off the "Rumours" album with Stevie on the vocals. They had other songs come off that HUGE album for that year and we went right on to "Tusk", & "Mirage" in 1979 and '82. Then in 1981 Stevie began her own SOLO career by partnering a song with Tom Petty. (Actually she did background vocals for John Stewart on his album that produced four singles, Midnight Wind being one of the best) But 1982 is when she did it all on her own with "Edge of Seventeen" and my , GOD! What a rock song! MTV was a brand new thing then and get this: it played VIDEOS! Stevie was the biggest, most sought after singer in rotation. I feel SO fortunate to have had my teens in the 70's and 20's in the 80's. Ther is really no rock music being made anymore. You can tell because the local classic rock station is tuck with only the stuff from about 1974 to around 1993 or so. Stuff before is too old it seems and when the hair bands died out by 93 rock went into grunge, Seattle flannel and then the God awful 2000's. Stevie was just one of the superstar powerhouses of the 80's on her own and FM was there too but most of their really best songs were Stevie creations. I think Rock is all but dead, but I got to work in what I think was it's heyday for about 10 years, 74-84. She is also a very generous person who has helped many on the side and anonymously. That's the best.

I feel so sorry for kids today. The manufactured garbage they are fed by record companies driven purely by profit will never enrich thier lives. Most of the talentless nonentities today are either singing covers or sampling classic hits or running about on stage in their knickers to acheive their moment of fame. However fame is temporary ,class is permanent. This amazing band are the absolute benchmark of iconic. 45 years or so ago my sister gave me the album "Rumours" and the songs, the lyrics, the music, the emotions it invokes haven't just stood the test of time, in my opinion they will never be surpassed. It's as good as it gets, and they did it all without MTV, social media or marketing their songs to impressionable youngsters. Finally, RIP Christine McVie/ Perfect, such a blow recently but she lives on in the memories of those who loved her and I know that whenever I see her face or hear her sing I will be uplifted once again.
