Is she actually friendly? She summoned those hands, and she kept having things scribbled out and her name written over it. She is hiding something... what if you never actually leave? When I was a kid I used to have dreams of being in a large endless outdoor self storage space. I would be aimlessly exploring the illogical area (although it would feel just fine as I slept) and then be sharply interrupted by terror. I would always be chased by something, always indeterminate and out of sight. Very little of the modern backrooms series have actually brought that dream like quality into video form, and as much as I like kane pixels (and a few of the better quality copy cat channels), this series stands out. I think your affinity for trippy type blender animations lends you better to making dreamlike liminal spaces than other youtube creators. You do a good job and I hope to see more from you soon.

Rosemary is a very interesting character here. Given that someone left a note about her in the house, I think it’s safe to assume Rosemary is fine, she probably just can no longer assist you from this point on. I don’t think these creatures can truly “die” anyway. Something similar probably happens every time a new person wanders in and she holds them off each time. Seeing as how the only unique house is Rosemary's pink house, it seems that Rosemary created this liminal space after phasing from reality, only knowing her house and endless rows of identical houses as a reference point to base her reality. The world is abstract because her concept of reality as a child is abstract, now becoming an entity that maintains this "level"/alternate dimension. It feels like she was lonely at first, and is the cause and creation of the "mannequins", or other people that phased into this dimension that were transformed. Eventually growing to understand that it's unhealthy and wants to break the cycle, now using her influence over the dimension to help new stranded wanderers. I also could be very wrong in my interpretation! Awesome video, I really liked the abstract scenes, which reminded me of many lucid dreams.

This is another all-time favorite level of mine. The entities are super creepy, resembling how society always judges you. . .always watch your back when around others. I learned so much about Rosemary. I forgot that there was footage of her origins. I wonder if maybe she was like our camera man but got touched by an entity. Maybe her world was corrupted and turned into the suburbia. Maybe she changed from a human into a freakish entity. She knows she will never return to being an innocent human child, so she is helping others escape her fate. It would make sense why her child form is a mere mannequin, an empty shell of what she used to be. Rosemary is adorable. I may draw some backroom fanart. I also love how she has some misspellings. It truly captures the playfulness of the child. Her true form is remarkable. She is so powerful yet has to hide it so that others will not fear her. Poor thing. I am Team Rosemary! #TeamRosemary

@@Beta_MixesThank you so much @Beta! I can promise you I will not abandon this project! As a kid I've seen lots of amazing indie series here on KZfaq back in the good old days that were so good but unfortunately they just end without a continuation and I've always wondered what could have been. But now that I have created a series that attracted an amazing audience I certainly would give up! I had only less than 100 subscribers and my motives were already set to start and finish my series. I was originally doing this project to show a few of my friends who already we subscribed so they can see it on KZfaq but unexpectedly along the way of part 3 and 4 (the Poolrooms end and the Grassroom Corridors) I met more amazing people enjoying my series. The moment the explorer first gets to the border with the small platform and we see that the landscape continues at a 90 degrees angle was already very effective, but when the whole Suburbia starts turning on itself Inception-like… wow. I just wanna say this is my favorite backroom video of all time. I watched this a few weeks ago and I still think about it to this day. There’s something so poignant and enticing about the imagery that you created with these houses and the road that runs off the cliff that perfectly fits into the puzzle piece of my dream-like subconscious. I love that you created an ambience and not cutting out the walking and the looking around. That’s what I enjoy about your videos. They are so good and not only the special effects but also the storytelling. Please keep them coming!

This was great. I find myself a little off put when people try to interject too much lore into the concept of the backrooms, as it looses its mystery when a supposedly infinite maze-like realm can be mapped out or people invent their own fan-fiction to quantify the backrooms or invent ways of how to escape from the Backrooms. But you did a really great job here. Out of all the levels of the backrooms I've seen this one both comforts me (since you can see the sky) and it offers a sense of familiarity, but also disturbs me due its openness since it feels like threats can come at any angle. Also the concept of stepping into a house and then all of a sudden the comforting surburan streets vanishing feels me with a sense of dread.

this is seriously the most creepy video you could have putten out there. - the fact that you actually dont go in other peoples houses. - the fact that its one long street and no where to hide unless we take the risk of meeting someone in their house - rosemary said she can help us like she helped others but others are dead - people not real but can interact - the gravity is off the visuals and you cant just go over the corner without falling. - the flashbacks - coming out of nowhere aaand so on and so on. this had lots of disturbing factors in it. especially the fact that you make us stare at things instead of finally moving.

Oh man, these videos are like being in a scary dream. Makes me wonder who Rosemary is. I wonder if maybe the protagonist’s mind has any control over what happens? He was obviously grateful to Rosemary for getting him out of an impossible location with beings that were after him, and maybe that’s why he was in a room where it seemed to pay homage to her. I noticed the in-again, out-again clown. 😖 So creepy and dreamlike, which I think captures how people feel about backrooms anyway, so the pace and tone feel all the more intense. Great job this round, so engulfing!

The funny thing is this is obviously not as realistic as some might be able to make it (e.g. in Unreal Engine 5), but it doesn't take anything away from the thrill, the anxiety and fear at all. This proves to me once again, that proper storytelling, especially visual storytelling, doesn't require crazy visuals. Sure, they might somewhat help with immersion, but it's not required. Which is why books work. Which is why this video certainly works. Great stuff, thanks, albeit I'm probably too afraid to keep watching.

(I already wrote a comment under this but i HAVE to add my opinion on this episode, bc i was at the beginning of the series when i first commented) To me this is your BEST episode so far !! I already loved the other ones but this one is sooooo good !! So scary, it's so rare these days ! The creativity, how you perfectly represented it is insane ! At 05:20 , i had to stop the video for a few minutes; the face behind the window and the sound of foosteps frightened me too much 😂 The idea of "wax people" always staring and moving in the blink of an eye is brilliantly terrifying, it makes every objects (as in the end of the episode) threatening and freaky ! The explanation of what is APRF immediatly followed by the new plot of Rosemary is so interesting and well done ! What i understood about her is that she's part of the "watching entities", but she's the only one of them to be nice and uses her "power" (of appearing wherever she wants and being able to interact) to help lost people, which makes me think the "watching entity" is in fact the giant black hands which captures everyone trespassing in the Backroom to turn them into 'wax people', so it can use their eyes to track lost people down. It leaves a lot of questions about Rosemary and what she is, the story just get richer and richer, panting, facinating and frightening ! And as everyone say, we can feel the progressive anxiety of the poor lost guy, it's very communicative. Finally, i'd say that what i like most about your adaptation is that you know how to deal with the rythm of your story. You don't rush, and go progressivly more and more into the plot and the fear & anxiety. You haven't been influenced by the urge of us viewers wanting to jumpscare and be terrified too often & quickly, you gave the time needed for your creation to be well made, and the result is really great. Plus, you did an amazing job at putting a tense atmosphere in every episodes and especially this one, it didn't decreased in 40 min straight ! This really deserves a BRAVO ! As we say in french ^^ Again, congrats !! Now that's genius ! I really can't wait for the next episode :))

It's like they knew them escaping is impossible as an altered figure so instead they help others to not meet the same fate as they did. Rosemary might've been the same as the ones after the cameraman but later on realized how pointless it was to keep going so she's using her form against them because she knows she, and the others like her, is the only one who can neutralize and protect the humans.

It seems like some kind of Langoliers dimension where time hadn't quite caught up to real time in your perspective in this interpretation of the Animations. Very creative take. It's like they are stuck in the second dimension while you're in the third. You likely appear as a ghost and you have interacted adversely to their plane of existence by entering. Rosemary is probably a Samara-type or Agatha-type from ParaNorman in that dimension where she learned to fully animate herself but, not, enough to interact with you fully on your plane. @@websterdrums Of course, how could I not? I love it! Kane is a fantastic storyteller, and his production and VFX skills are astonishingly good. However, we shouldn't compare everything to Kane's work. Kane's Backrooms vision is different from the commonly established Backrooms lore, which LitH seems to follow quite close. The immersion in Kane's video is great, but recently a lot of his work follows a narrative and is often shown from third person. LitH videos are so far only done from the lone wanderer's POV, as if we were there in person exploring the Backrooms, so we can really immerse ourselves in this world, especially with how lengthy his video are. Both visions of the Backrooms (Kane's and LitH's) are great in their own rights and can be enjoyed separately.

I love this series a lot, it needs more attention. This is probably my favorite Backrooms level and I was hoping to see some variation in structures (like the water towers and stuff) but honestly I think your interpretation is perfect. I enjoy how you simplified most of these levels to their base concepts and reworked the entities to be more interesting and scary, like turning the animations/facelings into these mannequin creatures. If you ever rework or continue this series I think it could really blow up.

Geez, first claustrophobia, now agoraphobia. I had to go back see that it was Rosemary stalking you the whole time. I think she really was trying to help you, but now the only way out is through Hell and down beast's back. It's really impressive that you're doing all of this work by yourself! I'm really excited to see what you do with Rosemary's house, (Playrooms?) I'm already getting bad vibes from the clown in the dollhouse. Just the framing of his head in the window was bad enough, but the bastard moves RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU in the corner of your eye! I really hate clowns! 😱😭

This was excruciating and frightening in every way. Every exploration further seemed to be a new regret. The kind of help that had to intervene and end itself... The vertigo and the menacing absolute of repeat sprawl was intense, and then we find someone at the heart of it confronting it's sleeping threat.

Dude this one was awesome I am in love with all the detail you put into this one. I’m not sure if you have heard of the game called Manifold Garden. But the houses orbiting around that one house reminded me of certain parts of that game. I also saw how you referenced your own channel on one of the street signs. I even got a massive dose of vertigo when the guy walked up on that platform and looked down. Really like how there was an entity that we never heard of before that was helping the guy out. I cannot stress this enough that the amount of hard work, time, and effort you put into these videos as a one man production crew is amazing.
